Very friendly and helpful staff - Beautiful lobby - Comfortable rooms - Great location - Delicious food - Incredible view

There were little things that could’ve improved the value…ensuring menus were up to date so we’re not ordering items that are not available. I had my “do not disturb” hanger on but my room was tended to - the breakfast items I was planning on eating were removed but there were half empty glasses left behind. The machines in the gym were not well-maintained and therefore not usable.

Rooms could have been a bit bigger. Room temp was difficult to regulate.

The location was good. The restaurant was nice.

The shower was open so flooded the bathroom to the point even the bedroom carpet was wet. The toilet didn't flush. The fire alarm went off at 2:30am so we were evacuated for 30minutes. I rang down for a decaf teabag and coffee sachet as there weren't any in the room and was charged £4.50 for decaf drinks.

Location, value for money, very comfortable room, bed & pillows.

Dining wasn't wonderful ?. And a very slow draining sink in bathroom.

Staff were lovely, always there to help.Hotel was modern with good facilities.

Noise , affected sleep , heating system in room hopless to hot could not turn Dow, furniture in room scuffed and tatty ,on arrival room was not ready so left bags with reception on return from shopping room was ready but bags had not been delivered to the room reception came out and expected us to carry 8 bags and luggage as been shopping , hotel gm needs to address this and go the extra mile for customer service rather than could not careless attitude , gm take a note from RCH group hotels , outside hotel was trash under windows plus they looked worn and dirty , concrete jungle outside overlooking a filthy dock with loads or rubbish it in . Parking drop off unclear as it says insurance £100 fine and no stopping hotels need a clear sign

Hotel was conveniently located, close to the city centre so that everything was a short walk away, but far enough out to be quiet in the evenings. We were very impressed by the restaurant food we had delivered as room service.Room felt clean, spacious enough, and the media facilities (built-in chromecast on the TV) was much appreciated.Check-in/check-out was smooth and quick.

Unfortunately the air-con in the room did not work which left us very hot the first night of our stay. The following morning we asked reception for it to be looked into as we left for the day, getting back in the evening it was still not working and a call to reception made it clear nothing had been done. They did offer a room change but since we were only there for one more night and we were already ready for bed, we opted against it.This, and a couple of niggles with the room (bathroom door would not stay shut & shower would randomly spurt out water every now and again) were the only downsides to the stay

I think that the lack of parking is a major issue, the cost of £24 per day could have a discount % as if i added the £24 per day to the room rate i would have gotten an upgrade.

The location was fantastic, on the water. Hotel was very nice and clean. Restaurant, bar and breakfast staff were wonderful and helpful. Food was delicious. Rooms were spacious, clean and provided everything we needed.

Pillows were flat and hard but we did notice that in every place we stayed throughout our two week trip in the UK.

Nice rooms with a big bathroom , bath and shower. Fridge in room . Beds comfortable . Great breakfast

The hotel hosted a wedding party on Sat afternoon evening which dominated the entire lobby and bar area - little choice but to spend our last evening in our room very disappointing

The decor of the lobby and restaurant is very chic and contemporary without feeling cold.

There is insufficient lighting in the room which was made worse by having a black bathroom- very difficult to see while putting on makeup or shaving. A mirror over the toilet?! A clock over the tub?!

Bar and food area was really nice.

Lighting in the room was too dark for my wife. Applying make up and using hairdryer.
