After booking a room for my son I called for a few pointers, the man that answered reassured me and told me he'd be working and would greet them personally which he did As a parent that means so much so thankyou overall fantastic experience for them after visiting all the beatles attractions and also reassuring for me i would 100% recommend this place.

It was central My dog stayed for free They were so accommodating They have a deal with the car park so I saved over 20.00 on my parking

We couldn’t have the curtains open in the day without feeling like we’re being watched. If those are the cheaper rooms because of this it should be stated when booked

The hotel was excellent value for money. The room was a decent size and the shower was great. The hotel was very central with many bars restaurants nearby.

Good deals in the bar. had a pool table in the lounge which was good entertainment along with games too. The location was unreal, everything was a walking distance.

The rooms were cold, the fan was only blowing cold air. it was raining all day and to come back to the hotel and being wet the last thing you would want is a cold room and that’s what we had.

Beautiful inside and out. Big rooms, comfortable beds and spacious bathroom area. Beautiful lobby with the most friendliest staff. Staff knew it was my boyfriends birthday and added extra balloons to our room, a birthday card and 2 complimentary drinks vouchers Thank you for a wonderful stay

Passable

The room was very cold when we arrived, and the heating did not work. We reported this before leaving for dinner, but when we came back, nothing had been done. The desk managed to find a small oil heater that we could use, which made a difference, but we spent a lot of the night adjusting the heating, and the bathroom was left unheated.Unrelated but also not conducive to sleep, the king-sized bed was not fitted with a king-sized sheet, but with a much smaller sheet that was just laid across the top of the bed, which bunched with any movement.

The location was by far the best part. Super central, especially if you are there on a Beatles voyage like me and my lady were. Staff was absolutely wonderful and the building was gorgeous. Would highly recommend.

The sink was a little clogged, and it would take a really long time to drain. But we didn't submit a work request or anything, so I can't really blame them, as they couldn't have known. No worries at all.

Your lobby area was very nice,

In the lobby area, there was too many business meetings going on. You couldn’t really feel comfortable. The fact that the brooms were very dusty were not clean properly.

Layout of room.The sliding door to loo was heavy and the light in bathroom shone into bedroom.

Beautiful building with clean rooms. Staff friendly

We weren’t told about the gym etc until we were checking out and heard the receptionist telling a couple who were checking in the facilities on offer at the hotel. When we booked in the receptionist (not the same one) just took our names and gave us the keycard. This was the only disappointment of our stay.

Leaking toilet and couldn’t close toilet sliding door as something wrong with the track so too heavy to move. Did say would try fix or could move room but we were going to a surprise party so had no time to move rooms

It wasn’t far from local shops and a quick 10 minute walk to Liverpool one.It was very well presented inside and out with incredible views and landmarks to see through the interior.

The building and location was great and there was A fridge in the room.

There was mould in the bathroom as well as limescale. Two times one in the evening, one very esrly in the morning the fire alarm went off. The room lacked some light and had a funny smell. WiFi didn’t work.
