Beautiful neighborhood

TVs was ninth working and no one available to fix it. A very minor problem. The rest of the hotel was beautiful.

Fantastic location excellent secured parking facilities

Unfortunately we had a very small double room. Needed updating. Regarding old carpet leaking tap old out dated furniture. There was not many staying at the same time us but very noise.

Hotel was being refurbished. No food or bar in operation.

As above. It would have been helpful to know if the refurbishment when booking!

Location is good for Lark Lane. Lots to do there.

They initially offered me a room with water literally pouring out of a light fitting in the bathroom. Then offered me another better room but the window would not close.

No hot water and freezing cold on the second day. We left. No refund. No way to complain to OYO Hotels. No satisfactory resolution. They win, I lose.

The hotel is in transition of ownership. I've stayed numerous times over 40yrs. However, it needs a lot of improvement.

Very cold, no food served.

Was very pricey for just a room, and it has no breakfast options at all which is a disappointment.

Key codes for the doors are just a bit too extreme, a simple key card entry would be better as you have to either remember a code or carry a piece of paper around as if u dont have it yiu can't get into the main hotel reception or your room.

Stayed in room 37. Immediate Steps down to room. Could have injured myself. Then the pump started at 23:30. Sounded like I was in the engine room of the titanic. Same again in morning.

The man ever is ver friendly and the cleaner is nice guy,.

Pamp in the toilet was spoil,water full on the sink,,dust was too much,window never open only small place ,infarct on booking they write four stars hotel but the hotel never be on a level of four stars.

Location great and the manager was friendly.

Threadbare carpets, no lamps. Strange long security code to get into rooms. Wasps in the bathroom!! Felt like a hostel. This used to be a really nice hotel, such a shame as it’s in a lovely location opposite the park and next to Lark Lane.

The breakfast was fantastic and the chef was amazing. The hotel was closed so we were sent to another hotel by the docklands and it was cold and the AC heater didnt work. It took hours for us to warm up the room by then it was time to check out.

Staff were polite, going out of their way to ensure my stay was pleasant.

Getting woken up at 4am because of a gas leak and made to sit outside until 10am. Allowed back in our rooms until 1pm and they still charged us full price. Disgusting. Staff communication was zero.

I blame Booking.com for this mess up. Their website on this hotel was nothing like it was in truth. NO RESTAURANT. NO FOOD AT ALL. Place was being gutted.There was virtually nothing I liked and I will never stay here again. I ALSO TREAT BOOKING.COM WITH TOTAL CONTEMPT.

EVERYTHING COULD HAVE BEEN A LOT BETTER. HOW ON EARTH CAN THEY STILL TAKE IN PROPLE WHEN THE DESCRIPTION OF THIS PLACE IS SO WRONG.a COMPLETE RIP-OFF.

Good car parking. Lovely location.

Once a fantastic hotel but now operated by people that simply do not care. Bed was clean but was a cheap divan that moved as you got in/out. Bathroom door didn't open as the bed was too big for the room. Bathroom disgraceful and filthy. Shower overflowed due to blocked drain. Room decor old and tired. Filthy wondows (inside and out). Disgraceful workmanship throughout. Had to use a nine digit code to get into room - small silly keypad that wasn't even illuminated. Elevator went up and down all night creating noise (no one using it, it just goes up and down continiously).The general standard of workmanship, especially electrical installation, was simply awful.Also no staff available most of the time.

What i liked was it was clise to the Palm house where we were going

Not well kept everything dated ,nobody to great you on arrival , it smelled , it was eary as though there was nobody else staying there , no bar , bed matress very uncomfortable ,when in the shower the bath was bouncing , the man who owns it said if we give him a good review we could check out later than we were suposed to , so we decided to check out earlier . Not a place i would ever stay again , the pictures on the site are not recent...

Did Not Like Anything

Staff Very Unhelpful, Denied saying certain things when we did not require the rooms. Not clean and not a safe feeling about the place. Codes for Room Doors which changed constantly. Would certainly not use this if it was the last place avaialble , Car / Van would be better.

The room size was perfect, the. Staff were very helpful day and night, quiet beautiful area with great views. Bed was superb and incredibly comfortable.

Some facilities needed updating and some furnishings needed some final polish.
