Fab location and all staff very friendly

Clean but basic/small accommodation

The facilities and venue far exceeded my expectations given the price. The room was very comfortable and very quiet with a great selection of premium TV channels. Great location and very friendly staff.

The location is perfect. The rooms are nice and clean and also comfortable

We always try and stay here whenever we are in Liverpool. Spotlessly clean, Ideal location for day and nightlife. Staffordshire are always friendly and helpful.

Hard pillow. Slow lifts.Limited and poor selection of Breakfast. Not much movie selection on TV.

Perfect location short walk to the centre literally 10 mins to all bars an restaurants. Great price too. Will definitely stay again.

Location is great, right in the city centre and the staff were very helpful and pleasant

The 11am check out was not helpful, got a knock on the door to tell me it was time to go which was not necessary

On street parking is a nightmare and expensive.

Just here for a one night stay for Everton game. It's the right side of town of a relatively easy walk to Everton Stadium. The staff are super nice. There's a small bar/cafe downstairs, which is good. There's a nice bar next door too and plenty of restaurants and shops etc. in the area. The room was fine, small and contained, but nothing unexpected

The inside room without window felt a bit glum. But to be honest I was only using it for sleep, so it didn't matter so much

Excellent location. No fuss, a great place to put your head down. Basic but not nasty. The TV in our room had Sky Sports and Movies. Good view from top floor room.

Small bed. Duvet covers not ideal fit for bed, but not major issue. Insulation not great and bed up against window so a small bit chilly but not too bad and we were there during cold spell in January.

Nice location in centre but nice and quiet. Staff were excellent and very helpful.Bag holding facility was a very pleasant surprise after booking out.

As a side sleeper, I found the mattress a little on the hard side, but I soon adjusted.

Friendly and welcoming staff, the hotel was close to attractions and the city centre, the room was comfortable and quiet.

The young lady who I saw on reception was excellent she had a very nice way about her. As the face of the group ie the first person I met she was excellent . The room was medium size but comfortable I could almost turn shower on whilst in bed. But it was comfortable and I didn’t spend too much time in it. The breakfast was just ok . The location could not of been much better.

Breakfast was a little disappointing.

I got a brilliant room on the top floor. Room 827. Fantastic views . Two walls full of windows with city views . Good price . Good shower. Big tv. Quiet at night.
