    • Best buffet breakfast we’ve ever had, but we don’t often stay in hotels these days. Great location
    • Location and friendly staff
    • Great location , check in was really easy and breakfast was great. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I was visiting Liverpool.

    Cons -

    • Disappointed our room only had a small mural of Lucy in the Sky with diamonds. I expected more Beatles theme throughout and perhaps some Beatles music. Bathroom was very compact but good shower. Bed comfortable but the room itself was very humid and we couldn’t reduce it or open a window.
    • Bedroom was cold
    • loved everything sorry

Room thoughtfully equipped with coffee machine, ironing board and iron, cosy dressing gowns, slippers, little pads to rest clean glasses on.

Not easy to modulate the lighting, missed having a bedside lamp you could put on separately from main lighting or maybe I just didn't figure out how to do that? Coffee machine not super easy to work.

    The Location was good.

We stayed two nights in Liverpool, and the room we were given was an adapted room for disabled guests.First of all, the heater wasn’t working properly. It was -1°C outside, and the room simply wouldn’t warm up at all.But here comes the worst part: when I decided to take a shower, I realized the water wasn’t getting hot. I tried getting under the shower several times, and all I could feel was COLD water running over my body in a freezing room, at -1°C outside. It was absolute torture.I went down to talk with the staff at the front desk, and the woman told me she would come upstairs to check it in 5 minutes. I waited for over an hour. She never showed up.I went back to the reception, and to my surprise she said, “The water heats up to a maximum of 42 degrees because of the risk of disabled people hurting themselves,” which really makes sense. The problem was that the water wasn't 42 degrees at maximum; it was cold. If it were 42, I would never have complained about it. She told me she couldn't do anything as the hotel was fully booked, and she kept saying the water was 42 degrees. What was a lie, and she didn't even bother to go upstairs to check what I was saying. So yeah… first, she left me waiting for over an hour, and second, they’re letting DISABLED GUESTS take cold showers without even taking the customer’s word seriously.Do you think that’s the end? Hahaha NO! IT GETS EVEN WORSE!We emailed the hotel manager explaining everything that happened, and to our surprise she told us that we were offered another room and we refused it. WHAT??? Who’s lying here? Either the manager or the hotel staff.Do you really think I would refuse a room with hot water and normal heating? Who does she think she’s fooling? After we replied, we never heard back from her again. No apology, no compensation… NOTHING.That was the worst hotel I've ever been in in my life!

    The location was good.

The parking was confusing and the lobby was small.

Excellent location. Short walk to all attractions in the city centre and also to Moorfields train station.

This hotel is a step above a hostel and for $400/night I was terribly dissatisfied. The first room smelled so bad we asked to be moved. The bathroom is similar to one on a cruise ship. The "front desk" is virtually non existent, with someone roaming with a laptop.

Clean and comfortable facilities with helpful and friendly staff.

    Everything was wonderful!

The breakfast was nice, with a good selection. The room was good and clean.

    9LauriePosted on: 8-29-2025

The room was small but clean and themed for the one of the Beatles songs. Great for a few days stay. The breakfast was a huge surprise. Amazing variety to suit anyone's taste and plentiful. There was tea and coffee available anytime. A nice touch. The bar and small restaurant were comfortable and the food was surprisingly good. Staff were helpful and very friendly.

Great location, great staff, good value

Google maps directions for walking in the area are wonky — not the hotel’s fault at all. But gives the impression that key landmarks are further away and more complicated than they are in reality.

Great location, staff were great and the breakfast was a nice surprise. Did not expect such a good breakfast.

    9UltanPosted on: 8-16-2025

The breakfast was very good and the complimentary coffee/tea during the day was just a real PLUS which we appreciated. I would /will definitely be back here when I go back to Liverpool. The location was 100%.

    9EmanuelPosted on: 8-16-2025

The location is perfect. Central and a few meters away from a metro stop. Breakfast was also satisfactory and staff very friendly and avilable to help.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit low.
