The receptionist was really talkative and knowledgeable about many issues.

Very value for money, had great and cleaned kitchen.

I got noise bed which wasnt good and bathroom had separate taps for hot and cold. so there was no way to mix for sink tap. but shower had mixing option.

Good location and very clean. Basic all I needed and great value. Lovley staff

No towels!

The room was nice and clean. The hotel is in a great location. The staff are very friendly.It is a brilliant budget hotel in the heart of the city. Bed comfy. Room nice. A very happy stay.

The room was a bit cool. There is a heater but it takes a while to kick in. The shower was cold. But no complaints as the price was right. I would stay again.

Cleaner had wedged the main door to the room open, in which people who walked through the corridor would see me laying in bed

The bathrooms had nothing to hang clothes on or towels on. There was no shower drain either.

Excellent attitude by the staff and very clean and comfortable room.

Great location and i could check in early. I was also allowed to use the kitchen area after check out at 1100, which is fantastic if you have a long wait for a train or if the weather is not so good. Nice sized dorm with plenty of storage space. Clean rooms that are bright and airy.

The heating in the room did work and the room was very cold.the tv in the room didn't work

It was a great location near the city centre, the staff were lovely, the facilities where good, they offered to move me to a women’s dorm

I couldn’t open my locker under my bed it was stuck but that was fine I was happy just leaving my things under my bed

Close to the Lime st train station

Amy wasn’t accommodating and showed no empathy when I asked to see if it’s possible to change me to a bed with curtains ( the very reason why I chose this hostel over the others) , but thanks to Natasha who did it for me

Staff were lovely. Dave was brilliant. I spoke to him for info before booking my first stay and saw him whilst I was there too. Lovely guy. Chris and the ladies were also nice. Met some friendly guests. Booked another stay. Hoping bed will be more comfortable!!

The mattress was absolutely dreadful. Flat and you could feel loads of springs. Horrendous. I did not like complaining so instead I swopped it for that appeared to be a type of memory foam from another bed in the room. Mattresses on other beds in the room were much the same. I am not a fussy type having camped for years.

The room of 4 girls has private bathroom and also a table. The socket near every bed was comfortable located.

Bedsheets were dirty, because of oldness it has yellow stains, so I asked for clean ones. New ones weren't perfectly clean neither, but better than before. Also in our private bathroom was no light and they couldn't fix it, so we were forced to go there with a phone lighter.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Someone decided to swap beds and the hostel stuff change the bedding for me immediately.
