Friendly staff . Suite was a perct size for 3 people. Great selection for breakfast. Location Central to everything.

Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. No toilet brush in bathroom..

Check inn was quick and staff very efficient. Breakfast was very good with large selection. Located in centre of town. Car park next to the hotel

We did not sleep well. Mattress was so hard, felt like you were sleeping on a concrete floor and when you got up to go to the toilet the door squeaked when you went to open it, which woke us up. Noise from room above when they were walking around.

Location, literally minutes away from the heart of the city and high street

Was a bit shabby and beaten. Breakfast was very basic and very few choices (not top quality ingredients)

Brilliant location close to the station. Room clean, spacious and well equipped. Staff couldn't have been more helpful- directions, allowing an early check in, permitting bag storage after checkout. Also cheery and incredibly welcoming which as a solo female traveller I really appreciated.

It took a while to get the internet to work from my room which slightly disrupted my work efficiency. However the IT support were helpful and eventually got me sorted.

It was warm and spacious. The rooms were clean and there were little touches with the bottles water and bathroom accessories. Also loved the ice machine

Only I find annoying compared to other hotels that it's very loud,I mean I heard everyone moving,running like the surrounding voices from Corridor .That was a bit disappointing.I was more time awaken in the night cos of it.

Greeted by lovely staff. The room was lovely, clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay

Furniture looked a little old fashioned but didn't take anything away from the stay

I thought the beds were nice and comfortable, the front desk agents were kind and personable. The bar was good. It was a great central location in the central business district and steps from the Liverpool Lime Street train station. The breakfast was good, though my rate (or perhaps my Marriott status) only covered free breakfast for two people. I was able to connect my phone to the TV and watch YouTube on the TV.

One of my guests found the beds uncomfortable and it took a little bit to figure out the shower system. The toilet needed to be flushed 2 times to fully flush.
