Unfortunately our rooms were subject to road noise, which we aren't used to. So we didn't sleep well.

Friendly staff Nice décor and a comfortable bed.
Hotel was good. Good location, rooms were good (although overlooked the dock which had loads of rubbish floating in it. Breakfast was also very good. However I was expecting a little more for £508......... for 1 night.
The price of the stay.
The location, the cleanliness and room, and the staff.
Nothing really
Location. Helpful reception staff on arrival (unfortunately that's where the service ended).
Here’s a better-structured version, with the facilities section placed more logically before the restaurant experience and overall summary:Very poor value for money. The hotel feels dated throughout and is badly in need of refurbishment. Unfortunately, the service did not compensate for this. The majority of staff did not appear particularly aware of guests, and there was a noticeable lack of attentiveness. We paid £220 for a Sunday night in a twin room, plus an additional £20 for parking, which the booking site led us to believe was included. For what was provided, this felt expensive from the outset.Use of the pool required booking a time slot in advance. We went at 5pm and there were around 25 people in a 20m pool, which felt crowded and far from relaxing. Although gowns were provided in the room, there were no slippers, meaning guests were walking around the poolside area in outdoor shoes — not ideal from either a comfort or hygiene perspective. We were staying with our six-year-old and opted to have dinner in the hotel for convenience. There were only two other couples in the restaurant and four visible members of staff, yet service was slow and disorganised. Orders were delayed, and after taking our food order they forgot to take our drinks order entirely. Staff seemed more focused on room service than the restaurant. The food itself was average at best, and portion sizes were surprisingly small — more like starter portions (sea bass and beef bourguignon). With a bottle of wine and our child’s pizza, the bill came to over £100. For the lack of ambience and the level of service provided, this felt excessive.Overall, this stay felt significantly overpriced for the experience delivered.
Facilities, breakfast and friendly staff
Location from train station travelling with luggage
Perfectly located, friendly and very clean
Very tidy room and nice breakfast. The location was also very beautiful by the water (that is if your room faced that side)
The ventilation in the rooms was quite loud and contributed to a not so sound night of sleeping.
Faciltiies were lovely, nice pool etc.Wonderful location - Liverpool ONE, and the Ferry Terminal were both within 10mins
I wouldn't say I disliked anything. If I had tosay something it would be that it's a little bit pricey, but I would say that's due to it's location + facilities. Yes it feels on expensive side, but the hotel does feel nice and you do get a sense of okay, well I can see why it is the price it is.
Nothing pleased us. I called room service, but they could not hear me from the landline, and a woman answered me using an insult in Greek. Since I am from Greece, I understood exactly what she said.
Great location, nice staff
Seats in the bar area were dirty, which gives a bad impression of the hotel. These should either be vaxed frequently or have washable covers which then could be changed. The bed in our room was uncomfortable. It was hammock shaped not flat.
Fabulous breakfast, great to have a proper veggie sausage and tasty eggs. Good fruit selection too.
Location. Clean.
Noise levels unacceptable! Top floor room. I suspect fans are positioned on the roof above room 432. Bar area is not welcoming, too bright seats not comfy, feel as though they had a spare corridor and thought they could put the bar there! We were told at reception that the bar closed at 1030?? When questioned about that reception relented and said unless people were still there?
The room was nice and big, had a water view.Having a bath was a great treat. Was very noisy at night but I bought earplugs in the town so had one good night sleep.
The pool, it would be better if you had a few hours adult only. The pool was just full of kids most of the day, we got in early and had 15 mins of being able to swim. Also you need some signs up to tell parents to keep control of their children, a young boy riding round through the bar area and round past the club lounge at speed was just plain dangerous.
The location was perfect and we arrived from a very early flight and the wonderful staff member allowed us to check in very early.
Everything about the hotel was fantastic. We stayed near Christmas so it made our stay even more exciting. We will be back to Liverpool and will stay here agagain and again
We were there with my husband brothers and partners celebrating my husband 70th birthday. The atmosphere was fantastic with so much to see and do.
The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was exceptionally clean, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding Perfect location
. We liked everything
Our whole stay was a great experience as always. The staff are always nice and helpful and we enjoy the facilities. The rooms are always clean and the beds are lovely and comfortable.
Location. Excellent staff - helpful, polite and friendly without being over friendly.
Nothing really.
