Two singles and a double was perfect. Big rooms for families. Reasonable parking on site. Great location.

    Don’t waste your money, a...

Bathroom is vile and falling apart , paid for a signature suite , heating wasn’t working had to have a little heater put on the room, had two single beds pushed together for a ‘double’ bed. Had a bolt screwed into the tap to allow us to use the shower. Bath was coming away from the wall , bathroom cabinet was falling apart and yellow stains all of the floor.

Gorgeous room and facilities, really friendly and accommodating staff, perfect location. Travelled with two young kids and they absolutely loved it.

Decor was fantastic, staff were excellent. Rooms huge.

Mirror in bathroom too high and lighting at dresser too dark. Tricky to do make up etc

    10PatriciaPosted on: 2-16-2026

It was fantastic wow was the room the fridge door was broken but did report it to the staff

I noticed lay in my fabulous bed there were web cobs on the higher ceiling and lights , maybe a longer duster stick,

The room was a lovely size but the cleanliness of the bathroom and around the room wasn't the best. Stains on the bedding covers aswel.

The state of the spa bath

I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed and loved the spa bath, the room is lovely.

The window felt unsafe to open.

Hotel and room was perfect ans staff are lovely and whem we complained about a noisy room 312 they sorted it out

we were very pleased. The room was beautiful and offered a fantastic view of Liverpool. We had come straight from work and were booked for our evening meal at 7pm, which unfortunately didn’t leave us enough time to run a bath as we felt it would take too long to fill. Instead, we chose to have a shower, which was very enjoyable.

The morning we were due to go we went for breakfast early and then decided to make the most of the jacuzzi bath. We ran the bath and, once inside, switched on the pumps to enjoy the full jacuzzi experience. However, as soon as the jets were activated, numerous small black particles began coming out into the water. We immediately had to get out of the bath as we were unsure what the debris was, this understandably disrupted what was meant to be a special and relaxing end to our anniversary stay, and it unfortunately spoiled our morning. We wanted to bring this to your attention and would appreciate your response regarding the matter.

It’s a very nice hotel and it is near everything in Liverpool. The staff are so nice and welcome and at times they can’t do enough for you. I recommend to stay here if you visit Liverpool.

Amazing hotel even give us a free upgrade

Very noisey at night can hear everything from outside

    4HarryPosted on: 2-12-2026

The location was ideal. We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and had no issues.

The double bed was two single beds together one side was nice but the other side was very uncomfortable, the bath was dirty and the plug was broken so I went to reception and one of the staff came up and ended up using a table knife to pop it out and said to do that to drain the bath, the toilet flush handle had to be pushed 180° for the toilet to flush, the sofa bed in the room was very low and looked very used.

Gorgeous Place from the minute I walked in. Very clean entrance, up to the room and the room itself. I've stayed in the Dixie dean and James street and always loved them but this tops them.
