Radisson RED Hotel, Liverpool

The kettle didn't work in the room, therefore unable to have a hot drink. The breakfast was almost cold, although the food was under the heated lamps, no facility for making toast at breakfast. the bar drinks were very expensive, no price list on display

ensure the rooms are fully functional, ie all electrical equipment works --the kettle

Great location next to Lime Street. Classy foyer and a nice feel to the hotel. Rooms were good. Breakfast excellent

A bit noisy with the railway on my side of the hotel, but they do provide ear plugs. I have an accessible room and the shower floods the bathroom

The decor, the bedding, breakfast

Quite a poor selection of tea in the room, our room was dark with part of the station wall outside our window. I wasn't expecting a view, but I also wasn't expecting how dark it made our room.

Minor quibbles, sorted swiftly by the staff - there were no batteries in the TV remote control on arrival, and on returning one evening the entry card wouldn’t work on my door.

Location was excellent for The Liverpool Empire.

Breakfast was very average. Self service bacon etc is never great. Staff were pleasant enough, but there were serviettes and debris on the floor (not hidden or difficult to see) which remained untouched for the entirety of our breakfast.

Well placed for what we needed close to theatre & perfect for rail routes.. very clean and super helpful staff

Great location. Room service quite late in the day (just referring to when we left the clean room please sign outside and we came back after 3 and had to go out again for service)

Staff were very friendly and nice. Hotel is very cool and comfortable. Located on lime Street, right beside train station. It is very cebtral. Easy to find and great walking distance to buses etc

Breakfast. I though breakfast was a little basic. However I did order poached eggs and they were fab. I also ordered strawberries and raspberries as I saw someone else with them. All were lovely. I wish they had a menus at the table. It would add an extra touch. My daughter had pancakes and waffles and didn't eat either of them. Both were cold and felt very processed.

Great location, fantastic value and the hotel was well equipped and spotlessly clean.

Parking was slightly difficult due to how busy it was

Breakfast is good. There was a bit of a waiting time on the weekend, but rather short.Great location nearby the station, and not far from most of the sights.

The room is small and dark. The window didn't open. Almost no space for clothes.

Superb Breakfast, included in our booking fee. Huge range of choice.Very quite location (our room was on the 6th floor)The 'special' door that exits straight onto the platform of Lime St station!
