    • A well maintained hotel with great location for the Philharmonic Hall
    • Room was perfect , really furnished beautifully and clean , comfy beds , great staff , great location
    • The hotel was amazing liked trey way the hotel manager /owner was always there to help & give some great advice the young girl was very pleasant & helpful

    Cons -

    • Breakfast should have been included for what we paid. Parking overnight at hotel(3pm to 11am) was £20, transparency would have been good as it was £16 round the corner for 24hrs
    • View from the window was over a car park
    • Nothing. Can hear a bit of traffic in the morning but that goes for wherever you stay in Liverpool.

The hotel owner is wonderful and very friendly. The room I stayed in was thoughtfully designed and wheelchair accessible. I enjoyed my stay very much and will stay here again next time.

Beautiful building, clean, and looks nice.

Nothing. Can hear a bit of traffic in the morning but that goes for wherever you stay in Liverpool.

This was a great find, virtually across the road from the Philharmonic Hall, with secure parking at the back (do pre-book as there are only five spaces). The self-check in is very easy, once you have the card the car park is accessible. We had Room 002, it was well furnished, with quality fittings and air con, plenty of tea/coffee, the best waterfall shower we’ve ever had, and all spotlessly cleanThe staff were friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast was excellent, and like the room great value (nearby hotels were so expensive). We’d definitely stay here again.

    Cleans and well appointed room.

A bit impersonal. Manager greeted us nicely but then later seemingly no staff about.

The room is beautiful. The beds are really comfy. The hot tub was fab! It's a gorgeous hotel.

We booked the hotel for our Christmas treat after an amazing stay in the spring. We waited 8 months for our special treat night at the hotel, we were so excited. Unfortunately it wasn't as amazing as it was the 1st time we stayed. We got to the hotel just after 4, the room wasn't ready, despite check in time being from 3pm. We were offered a drink while we waited for the room, which took about 15 minutes despite being the only ones in the bar. On top of which we were charged for 2 of the drinks with only 1 drink free! When we arrived in the room we discovered there were no towels and had to request them. There were also no bath robes which again we had to request them. The floor was full of dust and hair and the fridge also had hair on the shelves. There were 3 hairdryers shoved in the bottom of the wardrobe and only 1 of them worked. It's an expensive stay so would expect a higher standard. It just took the shine off our stay. Such a shame as it is a gorgeous hotel.

Clean, looked newly decorated. Reasonably quiet. Very near the Philharmonic Hall for the show we had booked.

Only serve continental breakfast, which we booked. Only had two tables in the dining area, had to wait for the only member of staff on duty to lay the table and cook out eggs. Had to ask for bread to toast as the basket was empty. Juice was small cartons. The staff member was the receptionist, cook, waitress and Jack of all trades. No hat, apron or gloves when handling food. Had to ask for the kettle to be filled so I could make a hot cup of tea…we were offered a jug of hot water that had been standing some time. The shower in our room did not drain properly.

Staff on duty very friendlyClean roomGood size showerShampoos and moisturiser provided although no shower gel.Pretty well insulated walls so reasonably quiet night sleepGreat location

Felt a little like an air b and b rather than a hotelHad family room, upto 4 people can sleep but, it was not that spacious, and only 2 mugs and 2 glasses provided.Probably could have messaged for more but didn’t as no one on desk after about 4pm, so not point.Bed was a good size but a little hard for my tasteChecking through automated check point. After 4pm. Was straight forward but would have preferred human contact.Pretty expensive too. Dont feel it was worth the price. For price would have expected more.Very limited parking and tight space.Note:Very small car park. Book in advance £20 . Make sure you check in first as well so you can get into the car park
