School Lane Hotel in Liverpool ONE

quiet ,location was excellent

Nope!

It was very central to everything with in walking distance of all shops

Excellent property with very helpful staff and courteous also

Breakfast was basic as there is no restaurant but we knew that and the area was clean and neat. Coffee good as were croissants. Would have liked some juice as an alternative and also some fruit perhaps.

The room was basic. The bed was rather soft for my liking and there were some small things that made it more Premier Inn than Premier such as small bath towels and no tissues in the room.

Great location, very clean and comfortable hotel.

The staff were very friendly, when we arrived the member of staff doing the laundry helped us in and helped us with the lift. We like the size of the rooms, the clean lines and sense of space. It smells good too!! Excellent bathroom facilities spotlessly clean. The location is great in Liverpool One, didn't hear any noise. This is our second stay here and I'm sure it won't be the last. Very convenient coffee and pastries to help yourself in the morning, just what was needed.

I can't think of anything.

Central in the city excellent rooms great service

Good central Location, nice room, bathroom was really nice. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.

Cozy, clean, central , gorgeous bedding and comfy beds, loved it !

School Lane Hotel is well located , close to all the shops . Our room was excellent with loads of room and a big wet room .

Great location, could not hear outside even though you are in the centre of Liverpool. Beds very comfortable and powerful hot showers with good quality shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. Staff are friendly and welcoming. You can also link your Netflix on to the tv with ease. Complementary pastries and coffee available in the morning.

No fridge in the room. I could hear every flush of a toilet and the running of showers as part of the plumbing system. This went on overnight and woke me up often. I got the impression that this isn’t the norm and I was unlucky with the room allocation. Staff seemed keen to try fix it after I mention it.

very clean, great location and value for money

Nothing really, everything was great

Good location easy fast check in clean room comfortable beds Secure entry system and lovely complimentary danish pastries if you are up intime

Properly next door don’t know what the building was but bright lights on all all floors all night if your a light sleeper in a room on Left side of hotel takes blackout mask. We were in room 508

The breakfast exceeded our expectations = the staff were superb very helpful and pleasant to deal with - we had a slight problem in that the room was not as warm as was expected though this was rectified as the receptionist was most helpful in supplying us with another blanket and also with an additional heater.

the problem we had with the heat of the room was sorted immediately

Clean, modern comfortable and very helpful and courteous staff.

Great location - beautiful building - lovely coffee and croissants for breakfast

Everything is great about this stunning hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, super clean stylish rooms, very centrally located. Flawless.

Good location, Lovely clean & fresh room, nice bathroom, good shower, toiletries & TV

No cooked breakfast

Clean, comfortable, good location

LocationComfortable BedGood shower

Room temperature, despite putting it on heating at 25c it was blowing out cold air through the night.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is excellent! The room was lovely, great shower and duvet. When I couldn’t get the thermostat in the room to work they sorted it immediately.

Bit of noise from unloading a lorry early in the morning, but this is not the hotels fault!
