Novotel Liverpool Paddington Village

The people, the amenities, the location, beautiful modern hotel

Breakfast was good quite expensive. Location was brilliant.

Prices everywhere are quite high so it was expensive to eat and drink at the hotel but obviously convenient. Should maybe have a special price with breakfast included??

Location excellent for university interviews. Breakfast was lovely. Great choice. Fresh and tasty.

No face cloth or moisture lotion in rooms. Stain on carpet needs vaxed room 617. Rooms nice. Beds super comfy.

Location.Cleanliness.Breakfast.

Very little tea and coffee in room only 1 of each.Expensive for 1 person as price did not include breakfast

Lovely rooms, food and service.

No car park but there is a car park close and they discount the parking which is fair.

Clean, friendly.. great location

Excellent spread for breakfast. Comfortable room with good big shower

All good

everything was perfect. Lovely reception staff great clean modern room. I slept really well and enjoyed my stay

I could really only fault one thing. The mushrooms ran out just before I got some so missed them on my cooked breakfast. Breakfast delicious though and probably my own fault as late down to breakfast :-)

The restaurant, breakfast and helpful staff

Really nice hotel - we had great corner room that was really well equipped and comfortable

Modern clean room and nice breakfast

location

hdmi ports disabled on tv, normally travel with firestick for netflix and plug into room tv

Welcome at desk lovely. Very clean, everything you need and good location.

Just knocked a mark off as we were on the top floor , which had great city views but we could here a constant noise, we assumed it was air conditioning works for the hotel that we could hear, and this was disturbing at night when trying to sleep. But would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel, so convenient for the university and great facilities. The breakfast is excellent and handy coffee shop for when you fancy a little something between meals. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows especially comfortable. The staff without exception were all kind helpful and professional.

Nothing at all.

Beautiful hotel, spotless, food was excellent, although a wee bit out of town we would return

Everything except parking.

There was free parking on the street but the staff was pushing us to use the parking next door(dunno if they give you any discount because they asked me for the parking ticket at check out).

A very bright clean and comfortable room. The lovely cheery staff were very helpful. The twelve o'clock checkout and room service for breakfast was a real treat!

Nothing!

Such good value for money. Friendly staff, super clean, comfortable and spacious rooms! A lovely quiet hotel, we didn’t hear a sound at night time. Breakfast was really good too. The reception has a lovely seating area to relax with a cafe too! A 25 minute walk from L1 was the only down fall. Would 100% recommend, and will be returning for sure.

Room is clean, quite anf comfortable, with quite good price. No complaints but only further recommendation!

It was right by the hospital for appointments early morning. You could get into town in about 15- 20 minutes. Easy to get to as well.Parking not on site but about a 3 minute walk away.Breakfast was really good and catered for allThe sound proofing of the building was good. Didn’t hear anything over night. No sirens for ambulances or policeVery clean. Basic but that all than is needed for what we wanted.

Bed mattress was a little hard for me personally. Didn’t have the best sleep but who always does when there somewhere new on the first night.

Well located for work. Helpful and pleasant staff. Comfortable stay and really enjoyed the food.

I was over charged by error and now have to wait to be reimbursed by staff error!
