Everything was good and proper. I enjoyed the food I ordered as well.

The people that stayed on the second floor above mine were quite loud, walking around their room that it disturbed my sleep a lot.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. Its central city location was ideal, offering convenient access to key attractions and amenities. The rate represented excellent value for money, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout the visit.

Location was easy to drive to, free parking in a spacious car park, spacious room, comfortable beds, friendly staff and environment.

Completely unreliable taxi recommendation for Comcab in Liverpool who were unable to tell us who or where our driver was 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

Nothing really except you needed to carry your card with at all times to gain access to room toilet and kitchen. heavy doors slammed a bit remember to bring your own towel and padlock if you don't want to rent them from reception I think it was £2.75 for towel rental

Spacious dorm. Large dining area, ok as workspace. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Being woken up around 5 or 6 times in the night. There's a small metal storage shelf by each bed which is worse than useless because items fall off it and crash down onto the floor. It means that the top bunk person in particular has nowhere to keep personal stuff. The beds are a little creaky and clangy too. Mattress is ok. Storage for bags is in large wooden cupboards, bring a lock. Bathroom is inside the dorm, and that too contributes to guests being woken up.

Easy to locate. Right at the city centre so good access to everything. Free parking.

Noisy at times because you can hear people in the corridor and footsteps upstairs.

It was great value for money, in a good location and very clean. The room was better than we expected, large and also quiet. Free parking also, a bonus.

The only thing we didn't like was the 10am check out, another hour would have been perfect.

Got a downstair room as its hard to climb stairs.

Bad timing as a party of 30 female students were there, it was very loud with laminated flooring above me also the main door for stairs banged all night from 6pm till 11 pm a nightmare.didnt get much sleep either,was glad when morning arrived to leave and get out into fresh air.

Clean and great value for money. Lovely staff, a clean kitchen, and a friendly environment. It’s also conveniently located close to beautiful sightseeing spots such as the Liverpool waterfront, children’s amusement park, and the Liverpool Museum, among others.

The property does not allow guests to leave their cars for a few hours after check-out, which came as a surprise to us as we hadn’t planned for this.Some other facilities allow guests to park for a short period after check-out—often up to two hours or sometimes for the rest of the day.This was my only downside about the facility.
