Great location, nice shower, comfortable bed, nice and quiet.

Reception difficult to find in Wood Street, not Bold Street, shower in one of the rooms faulty and burnt guest(reported and seemed to be repaired), plumbing seems to be back to front(all taps), room very warm & unable to regulate even with window open

Reception, which is remote, didn't answer the phone. Information was emailed to me. No towels in the room, just a hand towel.

No ordinary channels! I found it quite frustrating! I don't understand why! Room was quite cold

Too noisy you could bearly sleep at night. Room 1 not reccommended. Continuous noise from the street and generator noise in the room

Very noisy in the street outside, but that's the compromise for a central location. Had to ask for a remote control from reception to work the heating.

No TV channels on the bedroom TV. Just Netflix and a load of other nonsense. We couldn’t watch the racing on Saturday afternoon.

Great location and nice modern room with good bed. Staff is friendly, stored my bag prior to check-in. Clean and relaxing place. Nice neighborhood for food, drinking etc. close to everything. It could be noisy on weekends I'm sure but on my Thursday night there was no issue at all.

We really enjoyed the customer service. We thought that the front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating. They held our bags before and after check in so that we could walk around and enjoy the city center some more.

Unfortunately we happened to travel during a heat wave and there was no AC so the room became very stuffy and hot. The window facing the street was shut closed so it was very hard to ventilate the room. Plus there was a little bit of a smell.. Could be because of the humidity.

The only good thing about Hotel 105 was the location.

The entire facility smelled really bad the moment we walked up the stairs thoward our room, the smell was like mold mixed with cigarettes. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled overwhelmingly like cigarettes. And all the products they tried to use to cover the smell only made it worse. The bathroom was dark and used for smoking by previous renters. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. Overall you can't get to your room fast enough, and you can't hold your breath long enough. Ànd there is no relief in the room. This hotel was rated 8.2 on booking.com, I would give it more than 3. I would not recommend!

our sink kept blocking, and we have no toilet roll when we first checked in, we also couldn't open the windows for any fresh air.

Nice place very central

Our room was above a courtyard (most rooms are) which has a room with a garden, when people are in the garden you can here everything as the windowds are not double glazed, from just before 5 am untill after 7 am there had a party outside with loud music shouting and a pathetic girl who thought she was Michael jackson going 'he he' every 10 seconds despite letting reception know nothing was done about it.

Close to city centre, close to pubs and restaurants. Clean room comfortable stay.

The room was really well presented, very clean and very warm - in fact too warm for me a woman of a certain age ?. The lady on reception after 5pm was very helpful and really polite. Wiĺl definitely return.
