The Anfield Hotel

We didn’t get to stay there- they moved us to another hotel because of “maintenance issues” and we had stay in a very dodgy neighbourhood where we felt unsafe.

Never got the chance

The room was pleasant. It is close to the Stadium. The housekeeper was friendly, kind and helpful. There were a kettle, milk, instant coffee, tea and sugar, as well as cups. They forgot to leave towels and gave us wrong key-card, but after addressing the issue, it was resolved instantly.Check well the street number on the maps before you go, because there are 2 hotels with this name.

We had some issues checking in, because we did not receive the instructions beforehand and the Receptionist was not there, even tho we were on time (during check-in hours). We did not have internet in the UK and we had issues calling them. We got lucky and the housekeeper came, give us the key and showed us the room.The beds were made well, but there was some hairs left in the nightstand from other guest. The bathroom did not have a mirror, however there was a full sized one in the room, so it was not such a problem.

What I did not like is , no fridge so we can keep some milk , no mirror in the bathroom, no wardrobe, and nobody change towels, shower licking water

The room is very big and it’s very nice. Comfortable bed.Refurbished bathroom.

We had to paid £10 to check in at 1PM.The receptionist forgot to give us towels and we arrive after 10PM, so nobody can gave us towels to take a shower.The sheets were stained.It’s out of the city center if you want to do tourism.

Clean and newly refurbished room and bathroom. Good shower. Clean and comfortable bed with quality bed linen. Easy drive to ferry terminal. Pleasant and efficient staff member. Good value for money. Close to football ground.

Out of Liverpool centre if wanting to do the tourist stuff. Only on street car parking.

Great location if you want to travel and visit Anfield stadium. Comfy beds.

Stayed in family room round the side of the property, there were very bright up lighter lights on the outside of the property that shone through the blinds. Extra curtains or blackouts needed.

Beautiful room, very comfy. Great location for Anfield, and for a group of 4.

for the price it was to far out of the way there was no shampoo, body soaps, kettle, hairdryer etcno breakfast

Great little hotel very close to Anfield stadium and a very short Uber to the downtown core and train station. Clean rooms and great people, I would recommend this hotel to anyone catching a game.

Parking might be a bit of an issue for some guests.

The beds were really comfy, the staff were really lovely, you could log into your own accounts for the tv, the location was perfect for us and is very central, also was very quiet at night which was good.

The bathroom was very small and there was no bath, no one came to refresh the rooms on any of the days so by the end we were out of toilet roll, towels and the room could of done with a refresh.
