Effort to put a small surprise in our room for my birthday.

Cleaner in the morning knocking and asking what time we was leaving.

Location, discounted parking, Modern, clean, river views, sky bar, beautiful breakfast

The room was lovely and very comfortable. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The room had everything you would need and was well equipped and designed.

Downstairs was cold and impersonal. We tried to order a drink at the bar but had to wait ages to order. The barman was busy preparing all the drinks for the restaurant . Also some members of reception were rude and not friendly.

We have stayed here before and loved it! Love the roof top terrace and the chilled vibe of the hotel

Breakfast was a disaster, freezing cold poached eggs served and no apology until I asked for one! Also there was a disturbance in the roof top bar where a person had to be removed for being aggressive . The poor manager had to throw him out herself, no security to help her.

Amazing hotel. Exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable. The staff here are incredible! I travelled from Ireland for work purposes and the staff went above and beyond for me throughout my stay. Nothing was too much and everyone always greeted you with a smile and conversation. My company is going to use this hotel for all our future stays in Liverpool for this reason. I genuinely cannot fault this hotel or staff.

The size of the bed was humongous in the kings room we had booked. The view off the dock was amazing. The location was great!

I liked the breakfast and dining area. I liked the view from the room also. The free refreshments and having a fridge in the room is great.

It was annoying that we had to pay for breakfast with debit card, when we already paid for breakfast in advance. Then we had to get refunded at the lobby. I also was kept awake by noisy guests on my floor.

Sky bar was beautiful, rooms were good sized and well equipped. Breakfast was first class, great produce, well cooked in a lovely atmosphere.

Had a nice view, nice big room. Lovely big shower with luxury toiletries.

I didn't like the surcharge added to the bills in the restaurant and sky bar.i think this should be optimalAlso the duvet was very thin and flat no other blankets if your cold can't turn the heating up. Not ideal for chilly nights.

Everything - stayed here couple of times and always amazing. Loved the cute valentines balloon sweets roses and champagne xx

Very friendly staff, comfortable and spacious room, nice and quiet. Good location.

Checking-in at 3pm on a busy weekend can take 15-20 mins to get checked-in.

Clean modern rooms, friendly staff. Facilities seemed ok but didn't use them all.Nice hotel and location is about 15 to 20 minute walk from centre so not too bad. Balloon in room with message, nice touch and free mini bar.

Got sent an offer for an upgraded room as was coming for a special occasion. When i went to take them up on the offer it wasn't available. Appreciate prices would change but they should mention on email was limited offer only otherwise would have taken it straight away. Wasn't a great start.

The hotel was very well presented, modern and clean, with great facilities and attention to detail. It is also in a great location, near to the city centre and car parks. The room was great, we were on the 15 floor, so had a pretty nice view of the city. We were impressed with the free drinks in the mini fridge and the little details in the room, like a clothes steamer. The shower was lovely and big, room was very clean, the only comment regarding this was a slight bit of dust on the top of the cabinet where the fridge was. The hotel was very accommodating and we wished we had more time to spend in the room to enjoy it. We would definitely stay here again.

The only criticism we had was that the TV randomly turned itself on 3 times during the night and woke us up - no idea why this happened, as the remote was on the desk and nowhere near to us.

Enjoyed my stay, bed was a little hard at first but I got used to it. Room was lovely with great view, very clean and I liked the free soft drinks in the mini bar. I would stay again, really enjoyed going up to the sky bar for a drink with a view. Will try the restaurant next time as the food looked and smelled great! Loved the staff I interacted with, they were all very friendly and represented Liverpool very well

This is being really picky but offering Nescafé coffee sachets is a bit disappointing.

Access to restaurant and food availability very poor … Had to order takeout to be delivered, cause restaurant was busy than usual & had no pizza bases left

All Good - Taxi firm booked via hotel to return to Airport were not good, dropped us at far end of Airport car park in wet & windy day
