Reservation said Quest. Door said citadines. Big problem.

Location

Staff. They have good staff working up front but management was bad. The room smelled like smoke I have a cpap the front desk agreed and they refused to move me rooms. Sold out. Manager said I could leave without a refund. Excuse me.

Location fine. Staff very nice and helpful.

Bed wasnt made properly sheet at pillow side of bed now tucked in properly. Too many pillows on bed. Table needed maintenance but once I notified staff they dealt with straight away. Dust up high on walls in the ensuite.

The staff. Very rude and specially the receptionist on the day of leaving she has a totto on her neck.. she was very very rude . Where she claim that we where late in removing our luggage..and she charge me 20 pound.. although is other facilities they call first. I don't mind paying..but she should be professional ..

Location was great - just a 5 minute stroll from Liverpool Central station. Having a wee proper kitchen & equioment gave us catering choices. Fabulous free coffee from the bean to cup machine in reception. Seems to have very good "Green" credentials too.

No light over the bathroom or bedroom mirrors.

I used to book this apartment EVERY vacation. The previous company was Quest but now changed with bad staff. I have 2 kids ( 7 and 4) and asked the reception to bring extra bedding from primark ( I PAY FOR IT) but she said this is not allowed. they knock the door of apartment in the midnight just to ask us to take the baby stroller from beside the door . The way the reception treat the guests is misrable. NEVER COME AGAIN !!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent — right in the city center, making it extremely convenient to get around and explore. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything in good condition and working perfectly.

Location, nice room size , and lovely staff.

The reason I chose this hotel is that it is only 10minutes walk from the Lime Street station Liverpool. The hotel is right in the centre of Liverpool main shopping area were you are spoilt for shops and food choices. Booking in quick, large rooms, with comfortable bed. Also it is reasonably quite at night

Not much of an issue, but the gym is small with only on treadmill. Lifts can be slow during busy times

Location.

The first room I was given faced Church Street (large pedestrian/shopping area) and the buskers outside were loud. My room change to the other side then faced rooftops. It was my choice to change but I would have liked to have the view of the hustle and bustle of Church St without the noise.

We had stayed at a Citadines facility in Barcelona and had expectations of the quality of the inn. Citadines Liverpool was a lovely, convenient stay. Excellent location, well-appointed with all amenities that we had received in the past. Staff was courteous and professional. We felt secure and safe in this location and would stay again should we return to Liverpool.The apartment was spacious and we enjoyed our stay.

Though the staff were very helpful, the manner in which we were checked in was a bit lengthy with a line of people in front of us and behind us. We had answered all questions online as the facility had requested and our check in was abbreviated. We were thankful to the staff who attempted to complete the process in a timely fashion. The check in area itself is small and is not capable of dealing with the number of guests that this facility sees in a single day. There should have been at least 3 people involved (there were 2 and during our checkin the 2nd person went on break while the line continued to be lengthy), management should have stepped in. Based upon what we experienced, this was not a limited occasion. Other Citadines facilities are far better equipped for fast, efficient checkins and have sufficient space for the number of guests with luggage seen at the front desk. Additionally, having an electrical outlet near a mirror would have been a special treat.

I had an excellent stay at Citadines City Centre Liverpool. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions, shopping areas, and great restaurants. It’s the perfect spot whether you’re visiting for work or leisure.The rooms are beautifully designed, very clean, and extremely comfortable, it truly feels like a home away from home. The overall atmosphere is modern and welcoming, and you can tell the property is very well maintained.What really stood out to me was the value for money. Considering the prime location and the quality of the stay, it’s an incredible deal. I also felt very safe throughout my visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable.The staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made all the difference. Special shout out to Anna.Overall, Citadines City Centre Liverpool exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent value in a perfect location.

Smart, clean and comfortable aparthotel right in the city centre

Clean in all respects. Quiet. Complimentary hot beverages 24hrs/day. The staff are so friendly and helpful.
