Great location near the waterfront but easy walking into the city centre and Liverpool One . Lovely clean modern bedrooms with robes , water , fridge ( with soda and milk) , tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits and even a bag of crisps . Staff were excellent particularly Ryan who was outstanding at breakfast - friendly , professional and very efficient

Air conditioning in the room . Couldn’t seem to warm up the room !

When we first arrived asked if we enjoyed our stay it was a party of 4 the other couple room someone was already in it then went to breakfast next morning we booked a table for 10am had to wait 30 minutes to come available then waited an hour for breakfast had to change coffee cups as they were still dirty not the best stay and won't stay again

Excellent central location, 15 minutes walk from Lime Street station, 10 from Liverpool One. Nice bar area which stayed open late. Bright, modern decor.

Nothing really. The ‘large double’ bed was a little cosy. Breakfast was reasonable but not exceptional.

A modern well presented property with attention to detail. Good quality toiletries, thick fluffy towels, robes, slippers, well stocked tea tray and mini bar. The staff were very attentive and bent over backwards to help us at every turn. It was our ruby wedding so our room was upgraded we had free drinks at the bar and a lovely message on the mirror.

Ideal location, spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed.

The room was great, the bar was very nice, the staff were really friendly.

The location feels a little bit isolated but it's not too far off a walk to get to the lively parts of town.
