Dakota Leeds

no hot water , spoiled our stay and the communication from Hotel management was poor. Tv didnt work and so this compounded the issue.

The front desk was rude not flexible and not welcoming The price was high there is no enough staff Location was perfect clean and nice atmosphere they need to improve the hospitality I checked in 3 am and I ask for late check out tell 12 and one. They told for each hour they will charge me and I came exhausted by train late I will not stay there again because of the attitude and zero hospitality

Location atmosphere

The decor is beautiful, the room was comfy and the perfect vibes. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

The room didn't just feel like a hotel room it was very cozy and the staff were amazing

We pre booked halal but the restaurant wasn't aware they catered for this

Love this girl. The staff especially Geogia were great. Very friendly and efficient.The room was beautiful and the little extras because it was my Husband's birthday were lovely and very much appreciated. Stylish decor and great bar. One of our favourite hotels in Leeds.

Fantastic welcome upon arrival, throughout stay and departure. Staff very welcoming especially the concierge on 07/02. Sorry we didnt get the gentlemans name, but a credit to Dakota.

Overall good stay

Lighting could be a little lighter it was really quite dark. We paid for breakfast don’t feel this was worth it to be honest and service there wasn’t the best.

Hotel was perfectly located. The room was amazing and it was modern and clean

The payment and table service wasn't brilliantly suited to just wanting to grab a drink before heading out however this was far from a major negative of the hotel itself

Staff were all great. Lovely man at the door who helped us with our cases and reception staff also very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate with great facilities. Hotel lives up to its 5 stars! Prime location in city centre with access too all ameneties. Could not fault in anyway at all

Massive Split in carpet next to the bed. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Shower didn’t drain and caused a flood in bathroom floor

Heard street nightlife in early hours

It is very luxurious. The staff were notably excellent. The bed was stunning; the shower was a joy. It definitely has atmosphere. If you're trying to impress someone, definitely bring them here.

It is very expensive, and does have its downsides. There is no gym - which for that price there ought to be and its not appropriate that you have to pay extra for a guest membership elsewhere; the lift is bizarrely stressful (it relies on your key card working, which mine didn't, twice); there's an irritating amount of upselling before your stay; the atmospheric lighting does border on difficult to actually see!

This is a beautifully crafted hotel, excellently positioned and with quality staff. I really enjoyed my stay, just wish I had a bit more time to spend here!

I don’t think the Dakota has a gym? I didn’t have time to use one so didn’t ask…,,.

Center location and was nice entering the lobby

The maintenance in the room was poor, toilet roll holder was broke, center lights in our room were left dangling down, light shades were not screwed down properly and clearly add been issue with electrics in this room

The rooms were super comfortable. The restaurant was very good for dinner.
