Good location, clean, excellent room. Friendly staff.

The free breakfast was a 'grab and go' and may not suit some customers.

Big shout out to Adam and Phoenix, who were super knowledgeable, accommodating, and a pleasure to chat to whether it was 7pm or 7am - their customer service was above and beyond! Great location otherwise.

Some appliances seem to be a bit outdated but overall clean and bathroom was great.

Appears no frills, but actually very good. Bedroom, plus a separate living area with kitchenette; well provisioned with all you need. Great location - near rail station and fairly lively area in the city centre.

Really good sized apartment and very clean. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The mini-shop had a good selection. The fresh pastries in the morning and free coffee were also really great with the take away bags being extra thoughtful.

Would be great to provide more dishwashing pods and some for the clothes washing machine (e.g. 1 per night booked).

Had a warm welcoming from Leah at reception to check us in who was wonderful !! Immediately eased my anxieties by explaining all information very clearly. When asked we mentioned it was my parters birthday to which they received a written card and small cake from the hotel which was incredibly kind.The room was very clean when we arrived, nice and spacious with everything you could need included in the kitchen area. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while ! Air conditioner in the room also helped to make the stay extra comfortable.Location of the hotel was perfect, every restaurant/pub/shopping centre you could dream of all within a 15minute or so walk, as well as being close by to the train station. Definitely will be looking to stay again and can’t wait for my next trip !!

Room was fab! Big king-size bed with a lovely living/dining area, fab kitchen facilities and a big bathroom. Excellent location for the city centre and staff were super friendly. Definitely would stay again

The staff are friendly ,the rooms spacious.and comfortable . Clean , a tiny bit tired decor . Great location. Coop is close for supplies .I asked for bedding to be changed after 1 night. Wasn't a problem made me feel special. Thanks Roomzzz leeds City.

Other guests sometimes loud in the corridor.. but normally quiet. Sometimes siren noise from traffic.

Amazing place, we had a brilliant room with two balconies, had everything we needed and more. Close to everything. Reception was absolutely lovely aswell!

For a 10 day stay, it was really nice having a living room and a kitchenette and a clothes washer. Evening staff were very helpful in assisting me in using the stove (flat top I've never used before) and the clothes washer/dryer.

Could leave the really nice croissants out til noon, instead of throwing them away at 10 am. Some jam/jelly for them would be nice too.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and equipped with everything. Very clean. Only problem was a bit chilly and draught from the windows. There was air conditioning. But couldn't work out how to increase the temperature . No radiators or central heating. The apartment was very quiet. No noise from in the hotel.

We had a few problems with the card entry into our apartment. The lighting wasn't good for doing makeup. The lights were recessed in the ceiling ,dotted all over . Couldn't see good for makeup application.

Good value for money - the room was bigger than expected, fantastic location for walking around. Impressed with the queen bed and was very comfortable & clean.

Propert felt tired compared to when last visited. Cracked floor tiles in bathroom, well worn sofa and ripped bed sheets don’t look great.Location is fantastic though and property was clean with dishwasher, cooking facilities and even a washing machine

I was really pleased with how easy it was to find the hotel, which made for a stress-free arrival. The standard room exceeded my expectations—it was spacious, and the bed was surprisingly large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming both at check-in and check-out, making the experience even more enjoyable. A lovely bonus was the complimentary croissant in the morning, along with the unlimited hot drinks available downstairs at any time. These small touches made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again!

love having a sofa and large space - much more room and options than a hotel room and location was fantastic

the place could do with a little refurb, a little more tired in places than the photos would suggest but nothing especially major and doesnt detract from why we were there

Excellent location, 5 minutes from the station and 3 minutes from the town centre. There were bars and restaurants on the doorstep. All of the staff were polite and friendly. The room itself was more than we could have hoped for. It was very clean with a hugh comfortable bed, lounge and kitchenette. It was very well equipped with underfloor heating in the bathroom and air con in the main room. There were also freebies, tea, coffee and hot chocolate in reception, croissants in the morning in reception and a telephone in your room for local calls with a button to call a taxi. Truly outstanding.

I would've preferred the cooker to have four hobs instead of 2. Another frying pan. I thought there was an oven to bake some vegetables in but there weren't any

The apartment is located and a perfect area. The apartment is clean and perfectly sized. The balcony adds a nice touch. The reception area has compliments coffee and pastries. I have stayed here twice now and would definitely do it again.

I have no complaints.

Perfect apartment. Spacious, clean, ideal location. Very thoughtful extras with it being a special occasion eg room upgrade, balloons etc
