It’s always clean and the staff are great.

The room we stayed in 807 unfortunately the shower was working properly, maybe a new shower head and pipe, is something to think about.

Great location

Outside the property was very unclean. Overflowing rubbish bins and litter everywhere. I think it should be taken into account because first impressions are very important.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was warm with controllable thermostat. Nice hot shower.Car park adjacent to hotel was convenient.

It would have been good to have an electric socket near enough to the bed to plug my phone in.Not keen on 'air con' warm air heating.Breakfast (not included) was generally fine, but disappointing not to be able to be able to self serve with tea/coffee.Car park and stairs were dank and dirty

Fantastic clean room, Bathroom spotless, Hotel looked freshly refurbished Excellent value for money Cheap car parking as well

Area was a little bit rundown unfortunately, but never affected the hotel once inside

Lack of available tv channels

Communication with the staffs was very effective. The room and facilities were very beautiful. I had a very peaceful sleep. No external noise, just how I like to sleep. Best weekend away ever.

Not having to refill my coffee by myself at will. I would have love to use a coffee machine by myself to get what I want when I want .However, services were great

Stunning, clean, warm but most importantly, the staff were amazingly friendly, who smiled all the time, which makes it very special

Bedroom extremely hot, despite air conditioning. Bed too soft for my preference. Stained towel in bathroom. Lack of options for breakfast.

Only a small thing but the aircon whilst easy to control was at times erratic. Lights were out in the parking stairwell but they had people working on that quickly.

wifi very poorgym - three machines, under lock and key, not sufficent for 15 storey hotelone bisquit on day one, no more for rest of staybreakfast okay, but non fried breakfast was weak

It was easy to find and very clean. Staff at the front desk were lovely very friendly and so helpful. Bed was comfortable, will definitely recommend and will be staying again! Thank you ☺️

The TV was in an odd location you couldn’t watch it comfortably from the sofa or the bed as it cut off half the screen.

The greeting at reception was friendly as Tzalt knows me from previous visits.

The room was cold and the heating control said that the current temperature was 25 degrees, which it definitely wasn't. More like 18 at best. I set it to heat up but there was no change at all. Luckily there were two single beds so I could take the duvet from the second bed and put it on top of my bed to make it warm enough. There was a very loud fan permanently on in the bathroom, with no way to switch it off. I had already got ready for bed when I found out these two things, so I didn't try to move room, which I possibly could have done. Next time, I would check these two things as soon as I got in the room so I could request a move. The main issue this stay was the dreadful service at dinner. The lift had a sign saying they had a set dinner for £25. I went in the restaurant and waited a good ten minutes for a waiter to bring a menu. I asked him for the set dinner menu and he didn't seem to have heard of it. He went away and came back with it a long time later. Then he just never returned. The restaurant only had about three sets of people in it, and there seemed to be two waiters doing the bar and the restaurant. The bell in the kitchen kept ringing to say people's food was ready but no-one collected the meals. Eventually a chef came out of the kitchen and took food to someone else's table. After another ten minutes of waiting, I left and went down the street to a Lebanese restaurant to eat.
