Novotel Coventry M6 J3 Hotel

Room was great and spacious with all the necessary facilities. The toilet was separate for bathroom which was helpful for family use. Overall exceeded value for money as the hotel was very affordable.

Cot wasn't in room even though requested and accepted during booking. We had to go downstairs to get it from reception, luckily there was one available on the day. Also Sofa bed wasn't fully set up for toddler, so we had to do this which was inconveniencing.

The breakfast was lovely ..the bathroom was clean

The hotel was so dirty ..carpets filthy ..the walls filthy .The whole hotel needs to ge totally refurbished..Staff were untidy and needed to smarten up Toilet separate from the bathroom

Brilliant breakfast. Restaurant and bar open, simple food but tasted nice, reasonable prices lovely staff. And a pool table.

Great value for the money. Most areas clean and well decorated. Excellent choice for breakfast. The staff are all cheerful, pleasant and helpful.

The meals in the evening are OK but the quality of the pieces of steak is poor.

Dirty towels, stains on the walls, 1 coat hanger for 2 night stay. The knob for the shower was missing. Booking stated a double bed, it was two single beds pushed together so very uncomfortable. The doors to the rooms dont close quietly so often woken up

Location for us was great, just off the motorway and enabled us to break our journey. Breakfast was very good!

Room tired, smelt of smoke & bathroom tired aswell. Hotel needs a revamp, dirty carpets, marked walls & not a 4 star in my opinion, more like a 3. Bed very uncomfortable, hard mattress and room cold, thin duvet and couldn’t get heating to come on and arrived late, so didn’t want to bother staff… just needed to get head down for early start next day.

Everything my room was vile, body hair all over the floor and on my “clean” towels. Dirt all over the curtain. Stains on the floor and dirt up the walls.

The resturant food was over priced. The staff did not allow me to use the microwave to warm up my food. Various wierd reasons were given.

We stayed for two nights, checked out today but we had an amazing experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind.

It was clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice. Good parking. Very welcoming.

The kettle was really dirty so was unable to enjoy a cup of tea in the room.
