We had a wonderful stay in room 230 with a lovely view of the sculpture garden and lake. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the facilities but everything looked amazing. We would definitely stay again and this time use the spa if any special offers came up. We also had a great experience using the air rifle. James was fantastic and we would definitely do it again. Thank you! We will definitely return. Hotel staff were amazing. And very helpful.

Facilities

No umbrella in the Garden rooms so if you are dressed for dinner you have walk in the open to get to the main building.If its raining you get wet not a great look for my Wife.

The cleanliness of the places, amazing staff and the on going refreshments.

Nothing I loved everything.

From the moment we arrived to the sad part leaving, EVERTHING was absolutely perfect. Tom the Concierge who helped set up the birthday surprise, to Abbie and Holly who looked after us in The Vines Restaurant are just a few of the Staff that made us feel so very special.

It was so nice and felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Nice room and view. Room was warm and had a great shower, tv, tea and coffee selection. Great breakfast and good choices. No one on egg station at 715 am though. So no poached eggs!

I only will say the sheets were well worn and actually bobbly and felt itchy they need replacing. Also a hand cream would have been nice. Shower gel was a bit acid and stripped my skin dry!

Breakfast was decent sausages overcooked but overall it was lovely.

Really comfy beds, kid friendly, beautiful.

The curtains in our room were a bit drab. -the only thing I can think of!

Hotel is not a 5 star. No slippers, bathrobes, waiter service & under the beds haven’t been cleaned in months.

I thought the breakfast range could of had a little More variety e.g black pudding, fresh fruit like blue berries bananas ect

I loved Everything about Carden Park, the room, breakfast, and dinner

location is too far from the city and taxi is super expensive

Disappointed in the menu. Had to send starter back not cooked. Breakfast cold on the warm plates.

Surroundings

No one explained how anything works in our room. We couldn’t find the correct car park to park our car. I have stayed in many 5* hotels and honestly this hotel doesn’t match them.

Spa and DJ

Room renovation, detours, access and interaction with cleaning and laundry staff.

The hotel was lovely. i upgraded the room, was not worth the money rar to ecpendive

Quiet relaxed surroundings beautiful and the spa was out of this world . Food excellent would highly recommend

The traffic on the way there but need a helicopter in future

It was perfect, from the comfy beds to the lovely pool and steam room, it was a lovely break
