The Chester House Hotel - Previously Chester Court Hotel

The room was gorgeous. The owner has imagined every single thing that a traveler needs and has made a very well-furnished room. The property appears to have been recently renovated and no expense was spared. The room was well appointed with comfortable duvet and pillows and linens. The bath sheets provided were soft and ample. The snacks and tea service were top shelf. It was a pleasant atmosphere and a very nice hotel. We will definitely return!

That we did not have time to stay a few days more.

The refurbished breakfast room is excellent as was the food variety and quality

Good position and recently renovated. Staff were good.

Very small room with only one small window. Room got very hot and stuffy.

My room was like a small apartment every thing you needed for your stay breakfast was amazing car parking lovely clean room shower was very powerful staff were wonderful.

Hospitality cleanliness service Breakfast was excellent service was friendly and attentive

Parking was a bit of a challenge, but hotel was accommodating

Prime location furnishings are excellent rooms are spectacular

There was not a thing not to like

Clean and tidy. Plenty of parking. Just a 15/20 minute walk into Chester.

Good size room and bathroom in the annexe. Within easy walking distance of village shops and restaurants bit further to city centre

Expensive for what was basically B&B facilities. Breakfast arrangements were odd; you had to order your eggs (either fried or scrambled) and then wait for them to arrive before getting the rest of your hot food or vice versa and risk a wait until your eggs arrived. Sunday morning there was a wait to be seated as there were not enough seats for the number of guests who arrived simultaneously

Location and parking. Breakfast was also good

No bar, no restaurant. Terrible shower

Lovely setting and only short bus journey to town centre....Breakfast was very good but lounge area for drinks was poor ... this may be incorporated in building work along with restaurant????

Arrived to find no restaurant at location and building work going on in background. No mention of this on website

Very clean, very comfortable. Convenient to the motorway and local facilities. Very quiet for a great sleep. Food was delicious.

oldy worldt

small room with cobwebs

Lovely staff, clean and tidy, spacious. Parking great. Location ideal too.

Beds could be more comfortable, split singles.

From the moment we arrived the service was 5 star , our room was absolutely fabulous and the breakfast was delicious, we will definitely be back .

Super clean and comfy hotel, well located with a car or 20 min walk into town. The toom was spacious and comfortable with a good sized bathroom. The coffee/tea and snacks were appreciated.

Bath design didn't work as you couldn't lie back. Maybe move the soap rack?Breakfast was fine, but need to serve real coffee.

Beautufully furnished rooom, very comfortable bed & the en suite was immaculate. Quirky hotel with lots of character.

Bedroom was a little small. Breakfast was fresh but there could have been more variety. Pity the bar is still not open yet!

Excellent scrambled eggs. Receptionist was so lovely and attentive. Room was perfect.

Nothing!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms are pristine and really well equipped, as well as the Beds being extremely comfortable. To top it off Trudy on reception couldn’t do enough for you. She is a massive credit to the Chester Court Hotel.

Lovely staff, nice rooms, great location.

Cleanliness exceptional. Gorgeous room, lovely hotel, walking distance to local village and town.

Bigger dining room.
