- The staff was great- . The room was very good though somewhat expensive considering it's lication.
- The front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome
- The location is in an ideal location. It has free parking and free internet. It has convenient shops near by. The room was clean and comfortable,with tea and coffee facilities. Clean towels for use.
Cons -
- No. It would be helpful to have a canopy at entrance as well as a wss to entrance ce with a car for loading and unloading.
- Not like Super 8 in North America where breakfast is included
- No water in hotel from check in till 21:00,told to use shower at nearby shop. No help to get to another hotel informed that it was not hotel's fault and given terms and condition. Very poor customer service from Manager and we are still waiting for refun
