Staff were unfriendly all through out service was bad also

Small hotel, pleasant staff, nice cafe and easy access to my car hire and airport..

Staff who's English I couldn't understand because eof strong accents both when I called on the phone a chinese sounding man I just could not understand - and the same on reception.No one to help with bags most htels have a Bell Man/Concierge, I had three cases and it was very difficult. Finally a receptionist helped but it's n ot really acceptable. Screaming koids up and down the corridor and very noisy cleaning staff. I came in from a night flight and needed to sleep.

Good location. Near bus/coach stops. Quiet room.

Breakfast was overpriced and the food was cold. Music in breakfast room was too loud and unpleasant.

Close to car rental

Did t mention cost of the shuttle anywhere prior to checking in and then dropped the bomb on cost. Really poor.

We arrived at the hotel late afternoon, someone was leaving hotel at the same time. He made a point of saying “the hotel will not disappoint you “And it did not. Excellent & friendly reception on arrival. Whole experience from drinks at the bar , very friendly staff , the restaurant for dinner , Good choice of menu, food lovely, again staff & service brilliant. Breakfast as dinner. I can’t remember the last time we had the level of politeness, service, lovely clean & quite bedroom, considering Heathrow AirPort is opposite, not a sound !!U3 bus To Heathrow T2&3 stop right outside hotel on mail round. We will definitely be back.

Soundproofing both into the corridor and to other rooms was poor

Had 2 separate stays at LHR.restaurant food is only just hot enough, . Plates could be heated if nothing else

The bathroom facilities were old and could do with an upgrade

We stayed at the Hyatt Place for New Year's Eve 2024 and as it was a great experience, we decided to do the same again for 2025 and we were not disappointed. The room was a bit smaller but still just as comfortable. Once again the staff were accommodating and extremely helpful from start to finish even helping me to get the right details for the Bolt car service app on my phone. Dinner again was exquisite and we were able to chill in the room until it was time to head out. Coming back in the early hours we were greeted with Happy New Year from all staff we met.Breakfast again did not disappoint and the midday checkout was great. Another brilliant experience. Thank you Hyatt Place Heathrow. See you New Year's Eve 2026.

Only suggestion here would be to have a halal/kosher option for breakfast. Although breakfast was good, I was limited as to what I could have.

Really comfortable bed the sheets and pillow cases were beautiful. The staff were really helpful and very friendly.

Food at the restaurant was ok but lacks taste. Bought breakfast for next morning then wanted to cancel then the staff told us it was non refundable. They were at least good enough to cancel the charge now that I see my credit card bill. I thought it was a very tall building when I booked bc it claimed rooms on high floors were cheaper. I am glad I did that and got a cheaper price. The whole building was about 5 stories high. I got a second floor room.

I like the convenience of the Hyatt's location close to the airport so I can relax overnight and arrive at the airport fresh and ready for my travel. I can catch the U3 bus into the terminals which saves on taxi fares.Our evening meal was delicious; lamb birvani and lemon thyme chicken were excellent, served by friendly, courteous and attending servers Francis and Elisa. Thanks to the staff at the Hyatt my stay there was perfect.

So easy to take the bus a few stops from airport to front door of the hotel. They upgraded my room, gave me water, were very friendly. The room was clean? Room service, coffee in the room and breakfast in the morning

Near airport and the neighborhood area was nice to walk in sidewalk to see the nature around the area. Though near the airport, the windows were absolutely soundproof. Nice gym. Good dining. The lounge was a great experience with good vive

No pool or jacuzzi- was the only reason I added less points

Room , staff and food all very good.

Quiet Room. Comfy bed, neat and spacious enough for the night. Check in was seamless and staff were courteous.
