convenient for Heathrow

huge place - we were put at one of the furyest reaches of the hotel, next to the flight crew accomodations -- restaurant was expensie for a buffet £31 per person!!

The location.

When I went to the room they allocated to me, there was a man in the bed. I went back to reception who told me I would get a room upgrade and 20% of the bill refunded. However, I have not heard anything more about the refund.

The shower was difficult to navigate between hot and cold water

Large quiet room with everything that was needed

Took ages to get my room on the day. Food and drinks are over priced and the addition of a service charge automatically is unnecessary

Vibrant energy in a great location near the terminal 2 Heathrow.

Tip - There are two properties with the same name on the same road - one red one blue. Check first to confirm which one you’ve booked.

Location of the Place

Rooms have very little lighting. When I mean less, it has side bulbs working, nothing else at all. Really dark rooms.

Not only gone paperless but now peopleless as well. People add a warm welcoming touch on checking in. Ok for checking out.

Position, ease of getting to air terminal, facilities, staff room generally quiet and comfortable.

Bathroom flooded during shower despite care being taken. Husbands meal(chicken burger) very poor.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Feather duvet too!Excellent choice of breakfast with many healthy options - eg freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices.Very quiet despite location.Brand new bathroom, including a bath option.

Decor of brown tones is rather depressing.

Location and soundproofing was fab

We arrived at 9pm and the car park was out of control - people parked on yellow lines blocking entries & exits. I would prefer it to be compulsory booking for a guaranteed space

None of the rooms were near each other

The concierge was lovely, such a warm and helpful man.

When I checked in, it took a while to explain the limitations of being on crutches, the staff member didn't seem to be listening. Also, it would have been helpful to have somewhere in the bedroom and bathroom to secure my crutches so they wouldn't fall over.

The hotel was very modern and clean. Plenty of staff to help and the room was spotless and very comfortable. Lovely shower and good sized room.

The parking situation is dreadful. I found a space on arrival and paid £48 for two days parking.When I returned to my car I was boxed in by a Tesla, parked randomly and not in an allocated space. Nobody seems to be managing the car park as this was clearly the case with multiple vehicles not being in bays all over the car park. So frustrating when you pay through the nose and the reality is that the car owner is probably overseas and not available to move their badly parked car! Do not rely on the third party shuttle bus either. It didn't arrive after more than half an hour waiting and I had to order an Uber to Heathrow Terminal 2. Not the hotel's fault. Thankfully the excellent concierge helped me use their Uber booking system in the hotel foyer. Hotel great, parking poor!

I was working at the conference centre. Most of the staff were helpful. Steve in concierge was outstanding.

My room was old and tatty and the toilet didn’t flush properly or the hand basin drain. When I called reception to report it I was told to report it again the following morning, which I did. At the end of the day I asked if it had been sorted and was told they didn’t know. The manager was close by and heard the conversation and immediately moved me to a much better room, which I am grateful for.The food is really not good - all very processed and unhealthy.
