Hotel Mainstation

The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was very clean, with fresh white bed linen and towels. Free parking was a big plus, and the food was tasty and well prepared.

The mattresses were a bit too soft for our preference.

Room was good, price-quality for a night was reasonably good.

Parking spaces were limited. I asked upfront to resere a parking space and when we arrived there were no parking spaces available. They said to park on the street behind the hotel, however, in the evening all parking spaces were occupied. That is something to take into account. However, the hotel advertises with free parking space which is not ok if there are limited places.

Staff was nice. Bathroom was pretty clean.

Pretty cheap looking, not cozy, a big loud construction site outside. Breakfast wasn't that great.

Me and my mother enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Money wise, location is safe. Highly recommended.

It's quite far from the city center but very accessible to a public transportation.

when the window was open , there was coming in side a lot of noise, there was no wayer drink in the room, there was a lot of fly on the food in the restaurant. The plates of food smelled like raw eggs

Very small room. Lift was not working. No parking place available. Have to park in street which looked creepy. Air conditioning is very average.

Parking space is not enough I parked outside of hotel premises after searching for around 15 minutes and unfortunately the next morning there was no parking fine for my car.

breakfast and room were good and clean. the railway station is just next to the hotel which gives good connectivity.

the railway track is just behind the hotel. the sound of train running was not comfortable, it affected the sleep.

Greta value for the money we paid, the room was clean, including the bathroom, well equiped, breakfast was lovely

if you intend to park a car, this may be an issue if you arrive late in the evening. But we eventualy found a spot.

Not very quiet due to train track nearby

It is really good value for money. With genius discount, we paid 50€.The breakfast is really good.The wifi is pretty good.It was clean.

The heating didn't really work, but the blanket was warm enough.

The room was very good and comfortable enough for one night, nothing to complain about here. Breakfast was also good but there could've been a larger selection of bread spread.

I arrived just before 10pm (and had told them in advance that I might arrive around that time). When I arrived, it was hard to find a place to park my car, so I parked it just in front of the entrance and another car. The grumpy reception lady told me that it was okay to park there until tomorrow, as the other car won't leave, so I assumed it was the staff's car. When I had finally checked in, I went upstairs into my room, all good. A few minutes past 10pm, I went back to my car to get another bag, but when I tried to get back in with my door car, the front door didn't open. It was locked. Another two guests arrived and tried their luck with their door key, but it didn't work. It was close to 0 degrees outside. We called the emergency number. Someone picked up, but they explained over and over again how to use the key card properly, making me feel stupid. I explained again that it didn't work - again and again. Finally, they called be back (with an unknown number) and told me that they had ordered a locksmith service, which arrived after half an hour. They opened the door with a masterkey and explained that the reception lady must have locked the door when she left. The next morning, someone knocked on my door because my car was apparently blocking another guest's car. Furiously at the reception lady, I went down (just to find out she wasn't on duty that day) and explained the situation. The other guests who were from the Czech Republic were annoyed about being blocked from leaving by my car. So, if you want me to come back here, please make sure to look for a new (and nicer) reception lady.

I traveled the to many countries, been in too many hotels, but my stay in this hotel was the worst and all because of the receptionist. That girl had an awful attitude and was not professional at all. First of all she did not see, that I already paid in advance and was insisting, that I did not pay, then she find out, that I did. then couple days ago already I wrote in my booking comments, that I need a double bed, not 2 twin beds, but ofc she did not see that and then ofc she did not give it to me even after I asked her in hotel one more time, telling me, that the hotel is full, but then I find out from another worker, that they had an available room with double bed, the room she gave me, the heating was not working and I again went down to ask her to fix it or do smtg and guess what she answered me ? i was shocked… she told me if you don’t like you can go, and she was showing me the way to the door to leave the hotel ?can you believe that ? I would never write a bad comment about someone, but this girl doesn’t have right to work in service, this hotel should really make worries. from the beginning from the check in part she was so so mean and not even looking to my face while checking in, then I was the one asking her about breakfast hours , about Info about wifi and she was answering very very mean. I was so upset, but the worker after her she was very nice to me. I checked in at around 4 pm at 16.12.22, so the management is going to know, who I’m talking about.

clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, it's a functional hotel next to a railway and tram stations, so very well connected to Frankfurt

furniture in room and breakfast room could be replaced by something more fancy
