Limited food items for personal tastes Small rooms Took three days to return email about available shuttle only to find out it was not available when we required it

the hotel staff were very kind and helpful, especially when we struggled using the washer and dryer. the views from our room were incredible- floor to ceiling windows showed us the river and two beautiful city scapes. a very short 10 min walk to the christmas market. very good restaurants nearby.

Second time staying here and we’d absolutely come back again. The location is ideal, the room is spacious, and having on-site parking (even for an extra fee) is a big plus. We also really appreciated the laundry options and the restaurant downstairs!

The location and the view are great

The bed is very small and they dont offer enough pillows .. housekeeping is only once every 3 days

Everything was good, not a lot of good food options nearby

My WiFi did not work and as an international traveller, I depended on it a lot.They did give me a new space after 2 days, but my trip was ruined

We had a balcony room with beatiful views of the river and park. Plenty of room, and room was very modern, updated, and comfortable. Close to a train station for the airport. Grocery store across the street, and a couple nice restaurants nearby. 15 minute walk to Christmas markets.

A little pricey

I loved the location- closed to markets but out of the melee. Groceries across the street, river walk just behind. Loved the little kitchen. Good value.

The beds are small- they warned me many times and I really didn’t mind. My friends were a little tight in their bed but I had forgot to give them a heads up so it was really my fault

We had a lovely experience as a family of four at The Flag. We were in Frankfurt for the marathon, and the location was absolutely superb for everything we needed. Our room had a wonderful view of the river and was well-designed, well equipped, comfortable, and spacious, with lots of storage space. We booked a bit late, so we couldn’t find a room with a private bedroom; instead, we shared one large studio-type room with our kids, who shared a couch-bed. The room was large enough that we didn’t mind at all—it worked perfectly for us.The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful, and the breakfast was simply incredible—truly one of the highlights of our stay. Honestly, I can’t think of a single negative side to our experience. We left very happy and would gladly stay again.

Stayed at the Flag for a week and required to work remotely while I was there - excellent wifi meant working wasn't an issue. The kitchen and size of the apartment is great for longer stays, lots of cupboard space. Location was ideal - close to decent restaruants, Aldi supermarket, river for exercise and walking distance to the city centre.

It was pretty quiet right next to the river. We were on the first floor, so we felt like we had a front yard to hang out. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were able to walk to the shops nearby.

No complaints at all.

Never tried the breakfast, but the restaurant is usually full, so I guess it should be good.The location is ok, not too far from the S train station, Aldi supermarket is right across the street, and if go across the bridge there is another bigger one are we, very convenient for people who like to cook by themselves.Facility is good, staffs are friendly and cute.Definitely will stay there again.

The shower room of 206 leaks water from beneath the door, could be fixed but we didn’t get a chance to report to the front desk.

We always try to stay at the Flag Oskar M. If we are in Frankfurt. Very modern apartment hotel with convenient underground parking. Close to the EZB. 500m walking to the apple wine restaurant area in Sachsenhausen and 15 minutes to the Zeil. All necessary kitchen facilities. Modern furnishings with small balcony. Nice river view. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Bed is quire small for two person.
