The hotel is located close to the train station.

Modern, spacious good height under the ceiling.

No blackout curtains the ones in the room are too small, the ac when turned on can be quite loud.

The location was very good, near the Zeil shopping area, and it's within walking distance.

Nothing major—only the room felt a bit small, and the elevator was sometimes slow.

if you are coming from Frankfurt HbF you will walk surely through the red light district which is shadey but does not take away from the experience

this time my room was below expectations. it was less appealing than during previous stays. the curtains don't keep out light at the sides. i felt the receptionist was unprofessional

I traveled for a meeting and arrived after midnight. About two hours later, the two jet-lagged guests in the next room decided to watch TV, take a shower, and use a hair dryer. The sound insulation was so poor that I could even hear them opening and closing their luggage zippers. There was also a door inside our room that we didn’t know about, and we only realized where it led when we were woken up by noise at 3 a.m., so I woke up in the morning extremely tired.The room was also not as clean as I expected given the rating. It is an old building, and there were stains in several places. For a hotel with this rating, slippers should be provided.Overall, this was a very bad experience, and I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very well located, and the hotel/rooms are quite stylish. Bathroom was a great size, loved the shower, and the bed was very comfortable.

I had a room on the ground floor with a crappy view of service areas. The noises also carry and I could hear chairs scraping upstairs and doors slamming.

The room was excellent and the reception staff brilliant in all respects. They couldn’t be faulted.

The associated restaurant is over priced and the manager rude and condescending when we attended for dinner. He made a fuss when we asked for tap water saying they had nothing to serve it in at the table (clearly he had not heard of a jug?). We declined to pay for champagne and were then left for 5 minutes without menus or wine list and so we left. Appalling treatment. The location was very handy for the station, but leaving the hotel at night did not feel that safe if exiting to the left onto the pedestrian area around a disused fountain next to the hotel. By the morning this area was littered with rubbish left overnight by those who congregated / slept there overnight.

Breakfast has limited menu and same menu everyday I stayed 6 nights and had the same breakfast menu for 6 days

Room was nice and spacious and clean

You have to walk through the red light district from the main train station and it’s not safe. The sauna is in the basement and poorly lit and the entire floor smelled like urine.

The location of the hotel was about 200 meters to the beginning of the Christmas Market which we were there to enjoy.

The refrigerator in the room created a loud humming noise the entire day and night.
