Room was clean and comfortable.Location was close to all attractions.Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent location, close to the old town and the Christmas markets. Requested early check-in, room was available when I checked in few hours early.

Good place, had to get two rooms for a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. They put the rooms right next to eachother which was good. Parking garage is great, breakfast is very goof.

Hotel was good, Frankfurt is not that good.

A good and decent hotel with a convenient location. Many places of interest are within walking distance, making it easy to get around without relying heavily on public transport.Practical choice for travellers who value location and walkability when exploring Frankfurt.

One aspect that was disappointing was the handling of our request for interconnecting rooms. This request was clearly indicated during booking through Booking.com, and the hotel had responded positively at the time, with the understanding that it was subject to availability. However, during check-in, there were little effort to explore possible alternatives and simply brushed the request aside without much empathy or explanation. This was particularly disappointing as we were travelling as a family.

Great location. Everything is very convenient, with several attractions within walking distance. There are also many restaurants nearby.

The air conditioner in the room was very dusty(as shown in the photo of the dust on the bedside table) After staying for two nights, it triggered my allergic rhinitis, causing constant sneezing, a runny nose, and coughing. This made my long flight home (over ten hours) extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the air conditioner temperature could not be adjusted properly.

Location

Insufficient number of elevators and the locked entry to the parking levels from the stairs. After a long wait for a free elevator, we walked down the stairs from the 3rd floor to 3P basement. We weren’t the only ones. Only to find out that doors to the basement parking did not open from the inside. Least the hotel could do was have proper signage!!! Also the rooms’ (including lobby/breakfast area) pictures were all deceivingly way bigger than the reality.

Excellent location! Walking distance to the Christmas Market. Bed is comfortable. Room is clean. Breakfast is good.

The only positive thing is that the room was warm, although there is no climate control.

I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. The corridors are very dirty and smell bad, the bathroom in the room has an unpleasant odor, the furniture is old and worn out, and the towels smell bad and look used. The sofa bed for the second person is extremely hard, and they only put on a pillowcase, so it feels like you’re lying on concrete. The air in the room is stuffy, and the inward-facing windows create a psychologically oppressive feeling — I do not recommend this place for anyone prone to panic attacks. The kitchen is very small, and the food selection is terrible. The floors and tables on the first floor are scratched up as if they were a hundred years old. Access to the floors is only via key card, but there is no real security since I didn’t see any cameras or guards.Overall, I do not recommend this place. It is very dirty and overpriced. It’s better to pay a bit more and enjoy your stay somewhere else nearby.

I paid for Wash to use washing machine room then didn’t have the time to wash then asked one of the staff to return the token and he rejected

The elevator control is terrible. When you ask to take you to the garage level, first you may go to 7th flor, than to reception, than to the 3d floor and only after that you may reach your destination. The elevator and stairways are so distant that you need to use elevator even if you want only one level travel which makes your movement inside of the hotel are very unpredictable and unpleasant.

I love that the location was just a walking distance to all the subway staions, shops, restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was not that great but its good. I love that the cofee is the lobby is available 24 hrs. There's also an ice machine and a water refill station. I just hope there was a room service, or perhaps be able to eat at the dining area with menu option. And I love that our room has a mini kitchen. It has a fridge, a microwave and a stove that we can cook our own food. There's also a self serve laundry that we were able to wash our dirty clothes.

Very small and tight elevator. NO restroom in the lobby. NO dining option. Breakfast has limited option. No Room service.

Location was perfect. Parking was perfect. Ease of getting in and out was perfect.

Beds were rough. The windows being blacked walls out in the room was really not ok for those of us with seasonal depression. Breakfast was lackluster but, not terrible.

The room is very dark, too little light fix,tures.We asked for more light, the staff brought a table lamp which did not add more light.The black closet is unbearable, we had to use the spot light of our phones.

The black color in the room - the wall and curtain are dark grey, the bed, the small table the tv cabinet are black.dark.

I stayed at the Residence Inn Frankfurt City by Marriott for six nights during a business trip. The hotel is an excellent choice for business travelers, offering a calm and comfortable environment in a highly convenient location. Several underground stations are within walking distance (Eschenheimer Tor, Hauptwache, and Konstablerwache), making it very easy to move around the city.The room was spacious, well-equipped, and included a kitchen, which added a lot of convenience for a longer stay. The surrounding area has excellent connections to public transportation and is just a short walk from the my Zeil shopping street. Another big plus was the large supermarket located nearby, which made it easy to pick up essentials.Adjacent to the property is the Moxy Hotel, which shares the same outdoor courtyard and smoking area. The shared space has a cool, trendy ambiance, giving the area a lively vibe. I also had the chance to enjoy breakfast at Moxy several times, as both hotels belong to the same parent company I assume. This provided a nice variety and an alternative setting to start the day.Overall, Residence Inn combines comfort, practicality, and a strategic location—ideal for both business and leisure stays in Frankfurt. The added benefit of having the Moxy Hotel next door only enhances the overall experience.
