Everything great, would like to give a special shout out to the receptionist that have welcomed me on the day (night) of my arrival - he was kind, very welcoming, seamless despite 3AM, and remained this way throughout my stay at your hotel - thank you again!

The rooms were generously sized and exceptionally comfortable, offering a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. The design aesthetic was truly impressive, striking an excellent balance between functionality and style. I found no notable issues with the room itself—it was clear that considerable attention had been paid to its layout and amenities. While my experience was largely positive, I share this feedback in the spirit of acknowledging what your team does well. The comfort and design of the rooms certainly contributed to a pleasant stay, and I commend your team for this effort.

During our visit, we encountered a few issues that I feel are important to address. Firstly, our room was not serviced by the cleaning staff on Saturday, and we also noticed that shampoo was not replenished during our stay. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor emanating from the bathroom, which I suspect may be due to the porous nature of the tiles in that area. A thorough cleaning with an antibacterial spray might help alleviate this concern. On a positive note, I would like to commend your reception team for their professionalism and courtesy throughout our stay. The breakfast staff were equally attentive and efficient, contributing positively to our overall experience. While I would certainly consider staying at your hotel again due to the welcoming service, I kindly suggest a review of the housekeeping protocols to ensure consistency in room maintenance and supplies. Addressing these matters would undoubtedly elevate the guest experience further.

The location was excellent, located in a very nice neighborhood just outside of downtown Frankfurt. U-bahn stations are a close walk, and central locations are only 3-4 stops away. The room was modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The room was very small for the price. The desk chair was unusable do to space limitations next to the bed. The round, freestanding bathroom sink was very small, about 11 inches across, with no counter. There was a small 4"x4" square stand behind the sink, but certainly not enough for keeping anything out and at hand. The door to the toilet opened so close to the sink that one had to stand in the entranceway to open it. The only bathroom amenities were one small piece of soap, a small shampoo, and a body cream. Nothing else was readily available. There was only one usable electric outlet and no USB ports. The room seemed to be designed for a single business person. I didn't find it suitable for a multi day stay for a couple.

Very clean, modern quiet hotel with friendly staff. Room service with food from the Italian restaurant was very tasty.

20 euros for a very average, overpriced breakfast!! This lets down a otherwise very good hotel

+The staff were friendly and went above and beyond. They helped celebrate a birthday in our group, decorating the room, writing a card full of well wishes etc. +Modern decor. +Very clean +Great breakfast with lots of choice+Close to transport links and an easy 20-30min walk into the centre

-Not much light in the rooms -The glass fittings and doors for the shower weren’t really used friendly

Staff were great and rooms were good. Location to Christmas Markets was very good.

Design of hotel and towels were nice and thick, nice bedding

We are in Germany and the quality of the bread and rolls were not that fresh.

Staff was nice

The hotel smells bad, they use some strange detergent to clean the carpets, not very clean, I found some dust balls in the corners, rooms are super small, tablet in the room did not work. There is only one electrical socket by the bed. Hotel allows partying in the patio in front of the hotel after 10 pm, good luck with sleeping if your have a street view window. The same with smoking, we had a room on the second floor so could not open the window.

Was clean and staff are really helpful and friendly. It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood yet walking distance to the attractions.

The staff was very kind and very responsive to my wife's birthday with a kind present and a drink. This really esceede our expectations. The skyline and welness centre was also very lovely!

The room was a bit small and didn't have a mini-fridge.
