Excellent location, central for all the christmas markets. Excellent facilities, bar prices reasonable, free lockers to use before & after check in/out which was perfect as we had a late flight. Staff really friendly. Loads of board games and comfy chairs to use in the bar area, nice chill area. comfy beds, nice shower. no complaints

The facilities were comfortable, clean and welcoming, the staff very kind and helpful and the location great. We loved our stay.

If I have to really find something to say, that would be that you could he’s very little noise from the neighbour rooms.

Female bartender had an attitude, the food wasn't the best. I order 6 wings, 4 was burnt with a burger and middle of burger was cold

Very central! Easy to locate from public transport! Great area right next to large mall filled with stores and food court!

Wouldn’t be a place for a long stay due to the lack of bins in the room and that there was no fridge or hot drink area within the room. Outside the hotel seemed to be a hangout area for a lot of teens drinking and playing their music.

Perfect for what I needed: well located - transport, restaurants and Suoermarket close by, Suoermarket quiet in the rooms -nd very comfortable bed :-)

Would have liked a bit more work space. Just because I ended working one of the days if my stay, but made it work (and WiFi was perfect!(

Location was perfect. The vibes of the decor were also great!

Only issue was the smart TV couldn’t connect to our phones to screen mirror. Spoke to the staff and couldn’t help us unfortunately but gave a complimentary drink.

Excellent staff, very comfortable room. Location was near everything I needed to do.

The property is very well located and extremely central. I really liked that there is a bar in the reception area where you can buy food, drinks, and coffee. There’s plenty of seating, which makes it a great place to meet someone, have a drink, or relax. The hotel is surrounded by everything you might need a shopping center right next door and many restaurants and dinner options within walking distance.

One small improvement would be to provide complimentary bottled water or a minibar in the room, as it’s especially convenient to have water available during the night or early morning.

Excellent location. Close to the old city. Very clean room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet. No outside noise. Cool reception/bar/lounge area. Very friendly reception. Felt like home away from home

Room was missing a kettle and tea, and it was badly lit. Dust on the walls and carpet needed a deeper cleaning
