Great location for walking, 7 min to take train to Messe, beautiful view of river, lots of restaurants and cafes near by.

Large room with balcony overlooking the river Main. Location is reasonably close to the city Centre. Safe if limited parking.

The bedrooms overlooking the river get a lot of traffic noise, especially sirens. Not the fault of the hotel but worth bearing in mind if you have a room overlooking the river. The parking garage is difficult to find so recommend speaking to the hotel first before you arrive so you know what to do.

Uncomfortable pillows & very small light duvet which was insufficient in such cold weather

Excellent breakfast choice. Friendly staff. Excellent central location for Roemerberg and Sachsenhausen.

Unhelpful hotel guide in room. Eg: no listing of breakfast times. Loose rubber seal on shower. Plentiful space to leave suitcases until we could pick them up later. But no security. I suggest numbered cards attached to suitcases and handed to guest with hotel staff supervising collection. Otherwise anyone could walk in and take suitcases.

Room temperature was hot. Turned off radiators but a/c wasn’t working

Went in December - location was great to visit the Christmas market.Modern hotel and staff seem to be at the reception all day long. The room was lovely and warm, with a kettle and fridge.The bathroom was great, it had a shower and bathtub.It also had a fairly good city view from the window. Had an underground Parking - €20 a day, you park at the back of the hotel.

I requested for a double bed which they approved on my booking. They just pushed two single beds together, which was uncomfortable when you end up rolling into the gap mid sleep and waking yourself up. They could have put a double bed mattress topper on top or actually give us a double bed as booked.

This was my second stay at this hotel, which makes this experience even more disappointing.On our last night, we were at the bar to order drinks. The receptionist, who was responsible for the bar, took orders from other guests and then told us to “wait one minute”. She never returned.We stood there for around 5 minutes with the menu in our hands, clearly visible, while she stayed at the reception desk pretending to be busy and completely ignoring us.I want to clearly state that all the other staff members were very polite and professional. In fact, the male receptionist working the night before did his job perfectly, which makes the contrast even more disappointing.The behavior of this woman on the following night was a total disappointment and showed clear disrespect toward guests.Unfortunately, a single staff member’s attitude was enough to ruin what should have been a pleasant final night. This experience has left a very negative impression and it will be the last time I stay at this hotel.

The location is perfect! The check in is fast. The bed is so comfy and the main reception was so lovely and Christmassy. The huge bath a really nice touch after a cold day too.

When we arrived, there was a mix up with our rooms. We ordered the deluxe room with a shower and bath - they gave us a room with only a shower. When we got into the room, we quickly realised it was wrong because this room hadn’t been cleaned either. We notified the cleaning ladies who cleaned it very quickly. After that, we went down stairs to discuss the room to ask if there had been a mix up. The lady did understand after sometime and changed it to the right room just next door.

Really nice value for money. We loved the room and found it very comfortable and convenient.

I really liked the whole place. I REALLY didn't like the carpeting in the hallways. It is very dirty and really takes away from the whole place. It looks all new and painted and renovated and then this floor is just so ugly. I mean, we were on the 5th floor and I didn't see any other hallways so maybe it was just on our floor. Otherwise we loved the place.

Great hotel in a central location. Spacious room and bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast offering some vegan options. Extremely helpful staff. Thanks to the Genius room upgrade, I enjoyed a beautiful river view. I would definitely visit again.

It’s a nice property with comfortable rooms, good breakfast, great views of the river a d the city and very well located, it allows you to walk to the centre in a couple of minutes.

It’s a bit pricey, and it would be ideal if it had a restaurant operating at least in the evenings.

only one thing make me unhappy the give me free disable parking but Belal on reception told me that next time they will cost me although I’m old customer since 6 years ago

Location was good. Liked the balcony overlooking the river.

Amenities replenishment was erratic. Some days would replenishment the information tea/coffee sachets and some days not at all.

Nice and spacious room and bathroom. Perfect location. Breakfast of average quality. I would visit it again, choosing to have breakfast in any of the several cosy and stylish cafes near the hotel.

Carpeting stained in hallways.

The hotel was lovey, the area was close to restraunts, shopping and tourist activities. It was along the river with beautiful views.

There is nothing! The stay was perfect!
