Extremely dirty, black mold in shower, bad smells, in a bad part of town.

They asked for more money and called it city tax. no elevator . we have to go to the 5th floor. the beds sheets are not very clean and new. No telephone to connect you to reservation. overall not good at all. NEVER come back

Do not stay in this hotel.If you plan to stay, do not pay in advance. Because, the hotel will say you that there is no reservation for you no matter which site/agency you book the hotel. Because, the hotel prefers cash payment and direct bookings.The hotel does this on purpose. I arrived there and the reception told me that they cannot find my reservation. Afterwards, I called booking.com and booking.com called the hotel then, the hotel interestingly found my reservation.

Clean comfortable and strategic location

The location is excellent. Staff was friendly. Hotel had lift it was handy.

Room was not clean enough, bed sheets was old not well washed . House keeper should check the inside the kettle.

It was just 5 min walk from the station. There was a lot of places to eat nearby.

Must be a bit cautious as there was a few drunk people at night.

Friendly staff. Was informed after arriving that the area is a little sketchy for two females travelling alone. Location was central but neighbourhood seemed sketchy. Staff were very friendly and helpful though.

Neighbourhood. We were also given access to a room that was yet to be made clean due an error by the cleaning team.

It is an old building which was renovated hotel. Located in closed proximity to HBf ( main railroad station ) in Frankfurt. It was very convenient.Location is an ethnic Kabul...in the middle of the Frankfurt. But....just 10 minutes away from main shopping centers, and museums. Relatively safe area. Hotel did not serve the breakfast....due to renovations. We are still waiting for refunds for the breakfast hotel had charged us.Room was too small, considering USA standards. It took manager on duty almost 30 minutes to find our reservation.

Management is cheating with money.They have overcharged us during mid-September stay. Manager had promised to issue the refund. For wrong pricing and for no-breakfast ( due to renovation of dining area ). They never refund to us almost 40 euro.And, I did not have any supporting documents to file back-charges to my credit card. Bank of America had refused accept my claim....I had no proof that we did not get the breakfast. And BoA would not consider price difference between BOOKING reservation pricing and actual charges, as well. Buyer be aware

Poorly cleaned, lots of dust and some rubbish under the bed.

Location. Charged for breakfast for 4 days, but no breakfast provided. That's poor customer service. Some receptionist, not helpful.

Location for the train station is good, but the area is not the best. The person on reception checking us in was great and the rooms were ready a little earlier than expected.

As mentioned, the surrounding area is not great, but plenty of places to eat. Rooms need a bit of love and care.

Room was not clean, all surfaces had a lot of dust. We went to sleep and woke up in the morning to find the room had water all over the floor coming from the bathroom. There was a leak somewhere and every single part of the bathroom was dripping wet.

The Hotel did a mistake with my reservation and they had an overbooking meaning that I arrived at 11pm with my dog and we were on the street late at night without a place to stay. The surroundings are the worst area in town. So I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE. Lake of commitment, bad organization and not trustful. They didn't do anything to help me. they refund me and said to find another place.
