Quite place, cozy and close to the grocery stores and tram.

The housekeeping service wasn't provided, we had to request for the towels and the rooms to be cleaned. However,it was surprising as they informed us that we will need to pay 20 euros. Otherwise it is scheduled only on the 4th night. Despite the fact that we were staying for 5night only.After long conversation the receptionist helped us, by getting approval from the manager duty to get it cleaned a day earlier ?‍♂️.

The pillows were like balloons, very uncomfortable. A lot of emails regarding check in, and other unuseful information.

The property was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The room had everything needed for a pleasant stay, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and communication easy. The location was also excellent, with a tram stop just a few steps away, allowing quick access to the main city attractions, restaurants, and cafes. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for both short and longer visits.

I loved the location and enjoyed my stay. I was there for work and the location was perfect to get to where I needed to go...

My room was located next to the communal kitchen. I did not need a kitchen and people kept coming in and out by my room late into the night and early in the morning.

Very nice and comfortable room.

The lift was out of service a few times but there was another lift available so it was not much of an inconvenience.

Close to downtown and in a quiet area And the staff were very friendly and helpful one of my favorite hotel to stay when visiting Frankfurt

Have stayed at this property before it was lyf and I must admit that the transformation into this new lifestyle brand is a real positive hotel addition for Frankfurt Ostend area. Stylish rooms, friendly staff and good vegan breakfast offered.

Great location with very easy access to city centre with the tram line. Friendly staff and quick check in. Booked vegan breakfast onsite , delicious and great value for money.We will definitely come back lyf East Frankfurt!

I was unlucky to get a day they had construction work on the room right above mine. From the moment I checked in (4pm) until 6pm end then back again the next morning. Also would’ve like some non-vegan breakfast options

I really liked the stylish design of the property. Very nicely put together the different pieces of art and furniture. The vegan breakfast was very good and the atmosphere in the breakfast restaurant is really nice. I would love to come back to enjoy breakfast on the outside terrace in the morning.

What I liked about the Lyf Hotel was its communal workspaces, the kitchen that can be used throughout the day, and the meeting and conference space, which is really good. The gardens weren’t used much because of the cold. The vegan restaurant was always full, though I didn’t try it. The room is comfortable for one or two people—at least the one I booked.The location is good, in the Ostende area, with several restaurants and cafés nearby, including a very good Italian and a Vietnamese place. It’s an office district, so there are plenty of options, and public transportation is not far. It takes about 15 minutes by taxi to get to the exhibition center. The hotel itself is quite private.

I didn’t like that, under the justification of being sustainable, they don’t clean the room until the third night. So if you book for fewer nights, be aware of this. I had to request cleaning multiple times, and the staff, since they often work in replacement shifts, didn’t always communicate well with each other. It wasn’t until the manager stepped in that they finally cleaned the room.Additionally, they charge an extra €2 per day on top of the reservation, something to keep in mind for longer stays.

I travelled for business and booked this property as it was in walking distance from my meeting point. I had a wonderfull stay and the value for money was really good. Booked breakfast onsite and I was amazed from the variety the vegan! restaurant had to offer. The design of my room was very stylish and the cleanliness level also high.I notice, the high standards this property has to offer, as its not a typical Frankfurt mainstream business hotel. Staff was really friendly, professional and willing to assist.Will for sure come back!

This property is a high standard ,design hotel offering a great value for money vegan breakfast and situated very nicely in the Frankfurt Ostend area.

Terrible

Dont believe in pictures. Rooms were soooo small. Terrible space. Extra small double bed. Waste of money. Wash basin was inside the room next to bed. No room service before 3 nights.

Room was clean.

Location wasn't great, you need to walk a good 20 mins to find much in terms of restaurants or cafes. Soundproofing of the rooms is terrible, you can literally hear the person in the next room turning on and off their lights. The big heavy doors in the corridor and for each room will keep you awake all night as people come and go.

The biggest let down was the breakfast, they only offered vegan. I understand you give this option, but by only offering vegan (no milk, eggs, cheese, butter, meats, etc) the remaining options were very very limited. And still charge 19 euro! Also the rooms were very small and noisy. No seperate bathroom, only a shower and toilet, the sink was in the room. All fine for budget, but not good for the price paid. It is far from the centre, so you also don't get a great location.
