Hotel Heddernheimer Hof

Hotel was clean and modern. Free coffee was actually good. Desk attendant answered phone when we could t get in.

Only has 8 parking spots for entire hotel. Need directions on where to park is all spots are take. No air conditioning. Desk attendant isn't duty 24/7. Kind of hard to find.

Friendly staff, opportunity to make tea/coffee in the evening, easy walk to metro connecting with uni campus

Third floor rooms were very hotLimited on site parking. Get there early

Quiet location, but near the U-Bahn, a supermarket, bakeries, etc. Convenient for Riedberg campus and downtown. Has a coffee room with bread and a toaster, so a simple breakfast is effectively included for free if you don't want to pay for the fancy one. Staff were great. Room had what I needed, wasn't large but didn't feel cramped.

The mattress was sagging a bit in the middle

They informed us of a room in chat then changed it, happened to be lucky and reception was still there.The shower was very random and kept switching from scolding hot to lukewarm.I asked them via chat and to a cleaning lady in person NOT TO GO IN THE ROOM, not to clean it and they still did.

Many flies in the bathroom and in the room. The wash basin was leaking. Showers are too old and not working properly. Breakfast is not worth the money but there aren't many eating options nearby so it's OK.

For us the location was great it was a stop off whilst we travelled through Europe.It was very clean and quietFree tea and coffee

No lift to first floor and no air con

Not fancy at all but clean and bed was comfortable. The little kitchens with coffee and tea etc were well stocked and also hed toasters. A couple of minutes walk from the ubahn stop which was 15 mins ride from the centre. Good value for money

Calm place, not far from the U-Bahn station. Rewe (a grocery store) is in 1 minute walking distance. Ideal for a business trip.

-breakfast was nice-I got to the hotel later than expected when the reception was closed, I was able to contact the hotel and get access to my room very quickly- public transport close

-my room was not properly cleaned - the mattress was really bad (springs digging into my back)

Super friendly and helpful staff, nice large room, extremely comfortable bed, everything you need at a reasonable price. It may look like it's out of the way, but a 15 minute ride on the U-Bahn gets you into the centre of Frankfurt. Trains are very frequent.

Shower cabin leaked.

Simple homely hotel Great that they kept Tea/Coffee and some bread cheese and butter in a small kitchen.

In the midnight Fire alarm rang . Was bit scary but was not fault of the hotel. Some guest used the toaster and burned the bread.

Easy to reach by car, located in a residential area.Spacious room with tv (Netflix and YouTube available).Friendly staff.Feels more like a home than a hotel. Also the breakfast room has a homely touch.

Booked a room here because it had a sauna/wellness room, but unfortunately the sauna could not be used (not available at 15.00).

without air conditioner, german is kinda hot country.My room was on ground floor, and I could hear some noises on early morning and evening.

I got a large single bed which was actually very comfortable. Very friendly, helpful staff, and I got a great recommendation for a place to go for dinner.Car parking was easy and on site.Good value for money for a quick overnight stop before going to the airport the next day.

I opted to pay the fee for the "proper" breakfast, but I really would have been better off with taking the free tea/coffee and toast option as I don't have a huge appetite, so it was a bit of a waste of money really. (Although the dining rooms were nicely decorated.)
