Senator Hotel

Very spacious and clean room. It had its own frigobar and ministove, which I did not use but was nice to know that it was there. There was also a working locker and TV. Lidl right next door, bus/tram stop very near, making this hotel a very good choice. Staff was very attentive and polite.

There was a smell in the room which I couldnt identify - not strong enough to be disturbing, but not pleasant either.

Comfortable and practical room close to Sued Bahnhof. Appreciated the reasonable price! Nice opportunity for basic cooking in room with heating plate, electric kettle, and fridge, but we did not use this because of the many good restaurants nearby.

Great location: you can walk to the city center in about 25 minutes. The bus station is also around 25 minutes on foot or about 10 minutes by car. There is a grocery store nearby.The room was very clean and well equipped with a microwave, kettle, and refrigerator. The hotel is calm, cozy, and comfortable. The room was very warm and spotlessly clean.The reception staff were wonderful. They checked me in earlier than the official check-in time, which meant a lot to me because I was very tired after the trip. I truly appreciated their kindness and flexibility.I definitely recommend this hotel.

I found an empty herpes creme tube in the cupboard (pictures attached) - meaning cleaning wasn't exactly thorough.I needed to ask for a kettle even though it was a listed amenity Some rooms seem to come with the kitchen as seen on the pictures, mine did notAnd the staff were helpful and provided a kettle but because it wasn't done prior it was very dirty with calc And there were what seemed to be toe nails on the bed

Nice, clean rooms, redecorated bathrooms and helpful service. Hotel located in nice neighborhood close to supermart.

The only drawback (but serious one) is that WiFi in the hotel rooms is very weak - on border of unusable (even for work). 1-2Mbps max to be precise.

The fact that there was no heating in the room but there was one in the shower room.

Good location close to Frankfurt Sud, just few minutes walk, clean, small-scale but well-maintained hotel with lift, there is also supermarket beside the hotel, bed and pillow was comfortable,

the same room key is used to open hotel main door which is weird, so anybody can open my room somehow (kind of unsecured)

1. It is a small-scale hotel. But it is located in a quiet and safe residential area,providing peace and calm.2. Breakfast is 12 euros and it's a simple meal.It includes a few types of sliced bread,sliced sausages, a few boiled eggs,some sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.Additionally,cheese ,jam,coffee and hot water are provided. You can either grab breakfast items from the nearby supermarket the day before or use the hotel restaurant.Of course,there are some restaurant are available when they open.3. Transportation is quite convenient. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the (sudbanhof station),making it easy to access the u-bahn(metro) and s-bahn trains,providing good connectivity within the Frankfurt area.4. Frankfurt central station is also easily accessible and can be reached from the hotel in about 30 minutes.5. There is an express bus to Frankfurt airport just 150 meters from the hotel. For only 6.50 euros,you can reach terminal 1 in about 30 minutes.6. For those unfamiliar with the area,I recommend purchasing a Frankfurt card to avoid the hassle of buying tickets every time.

1. When the windows is open ,the sound of trains is quite loud,but when the windows is closed, It's quiet.It may get hot in the room during the summer since I could not find air conditioning2. The shower room is very small, and if you want to clean your feet, you have to place them outside the shower room and clean them there.3.The tall staff member was very helpful and went out of his way to assist customers ,but some of the other staff wery very businesslike and cold.

The stuff was really kind and friendly! The bed was comfortable; Cleanliness could be better but for a 3-star hotel it was Okey. :)

The location was great, very convenient to get around Frankfurt, there were buses and trams right on the corner of the street, and there was a supermarket next to the hotel. The room was bright and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Also, the staff was friendly.

The wi-fi was really bad. I booked the hotel room because there was a kitchenette on the pictures, so I thought I'd be able to cook. However, I did not read the policy carefully and didn't realize until a couple of days later that guests have to pay extra to use it in their own room. There was only an old fridge, an old stove and a teakettle, no cutlery, except for a teaspoon, a strange plate, a beer glass and a mini mug. So either you have to buy the basics to have a warm drink or you could enjoy mini shots of tea or coffee. Finally, there were some other minor issues: cold water stopped running on the kitchenette sink after a few seconds (but you could use the one in the bathroom), the shower head hanger was broken, so it wouldn't keep in place, and there was no light on my side of the hall.
