Location is great and the room spacious.

The facilities are somewhat tired

The location in town is good. It's not far from the fair and the station. It's rather silent outside the hotel.

The key system was the first bad experience when you arrive late. You need to use your nail to use the screen properly, and even that does not work, you need to call someone. Eventually using a physical key to tap on the screen works... Inside the hotel, it's very loud (other guests, cleaning staff very early). The rooms look nothing like in the pictures, rather old fixtures, thin bed blanket, some stuff from a previous guest was left in the room. Very expensive for what you get. The breakfast is not on german hotel level. Get breakfast somewhere else for that price. The used plates are piling up somewhere in the room, and it's all very low level. It's just all in all super expensive for what it is.

It’s decent, the rooms are a bit smaller but the same as in the pictures. It could be cleaner but for the short stay and that price it’s ok. The stuff is friendly and helpful.

Lift was very very old .

Good location. Walking distance to the Messe Frankfurt.

Very noisy elevator which was quite annoying in the rooms. The hotel was worn and one of the booked roomes smelled of sewage. Breakfast was not good.

It was perfect for a short overnight stay. Clean, organized and finding the place was easy and it’s close to trains, trams and buses.

Very helpful personnel,even when we arrived early they tried there best to find us a room. Nice location.

Location was good

There's a strong smell of cigarette in the room and on the bedding. The towels aren't clean. The water is stagnant in the handwashing area and the shower.

We like the location and it was cheaper compare to other hotels.

Pillow was not so comfortable, and also blanket was bit smaller for one people.

The friendly staff, the good price and quite good location.

The room had a view of a backyard which I didn't like. Also, the room was located on the ground floor which was a bit noisy.

The noise! Very noisy. Every morning from next door property some loud workers appeared. Cleaning staff at hotel constantly making loud noise whislt moving around, banging doors and items constantly. Not worth the high price during messe events. Maybe for standard stays ok, or high priced rooms.

Bad

I booked this hotel almost one year in advance and paid six months before arrival. Despite receiving confirmation from the hotel reception that my booking was valid, they suddenly informed me later that my room was “not available” without providing any real reason. It is obvious that the hotel cancelled my confirmed reservation because they could resell the room at a much higher price (from around 270 USD to approximately 2,500 USD).This is extremely unprofessional and unethical. As a guest who booked early and paid on time, I expect reliability, not last-minute cancellation for profit. I do not recommend this property due to dishonest behaviour and very poor customer handling. Avoid to protect your trip.

Good location

If you have a room close to the elevator, you can see and hear it all night long; it is very noisy. The cleaning staff slam the doors so hard that it startles you.I also had neighbors on either side who slammed their doors at night, waking me from my sleep.
