Nothing this was the worst experience of my life. 80 euro for a soiled bed, cracked walls, smoke filled lobby. I literally slept clothed as it was so nasty and dirty.

First the portal is very rude and disrespectful, he is asking me what I'm doing in a room with my clients which is really crazy question, the room was so bad not as in the booking, the crazy thing is the towel they give me is exactly the rag I use in my house to clean toiletand kitchen, thank God I come with my personal towel, the television is not working, everything is totally mess, my own humble suggestion, please don't ever give this hotel a try because you are going to regret it for the rest of your life. The bad reviews you see there is real, I'm now a victim...

Basically the only reason that I stayed here was because I had a problem with my reservation at COMFORT HOTEL and after arrived at the hotel they said that there was a mistake, the hotel was overbooked and I had no place to stay at 11pm with my dog! I was in the middle of the street with no place to sleep at 11pm. So I just booked the most close and available place that I could find. At least I had a roof under my head since the surroundings are awful. This place is dirty, full of cockroaches, disgusting! I think It was the most terrible place that I stayed my entire life! I was able to rest just couple of hours before my train at 6am. @ CITY HOSTEL WEST there is a minimum guys, you can just CLEAN the place!! Booking should NOT allow these places to be open and share this type of services.

One of the reasons I usually choose Booking, is because I trust this website and the hotels they recommend... I'm aware that there are hotels in every part of a city, but when travelling with family, SAFETY is my priority. I won't go through the details of the quality of the room and how the pictures doesn't resemble at all the current situation of the hotel.... I just would appreciate a warning of the location of the hotel from the website as other websites do, and if you still consider this place suitable for you and your family, then go ahead... The only advantage of the hotel is that in 3 min you are in a safer location at the Train Station.

Everything was below expectation. Worse experience ever. No value for money. Never been to such an old and unkept hotel in my life. The pictures on booking.com are grossly exaggerated and don't give a fair picture of the hotel. Very unsafe neighborhood.

very dirty place even the door locker were broken i was shocked how it can be there in frankford like area i was feeling like i am some where in india or pakistan

Everything. It unsanitary, dangerous, infested with bugs , drug users using the property not comfortable. No air con. The pictures on booking.com do not represent what the bedrooms and property are like. DO NOT STAY HERE it is dangerous and Iam not exaggerating

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The place was full of cockroaches, the bed was dirty, full of holes, and covered with hair.The smell was awful, and the hotel was nothing like the pictures on Booking.com.It was noisy all night, with homeless people staying in the hotel, slamming doors and shouting.I felt completely unsafe and uncomfortable.I highly recommend avoiding this place.

I booked two rooms at City Hotel West for the night of 18th March 2025. However, upon arrival, we found that the hotel did not match any of the pictures posted on Booking.com. The premises were filthy, the rooms were in a disgusting condition, the walls were covered in grime, and there was a terrible smell throughout. We felt extremely uncomfortable and unwilling to stay overnight.Additionally, the hotel is located next to a brothel. This was highly inappropriate and unacceptable for a listed accommodation. Due to these unacceptable conditions, we immediately booked a different hotel in another location.Given the misleading listing and the uninhabitable state of the hotel, we request a full refund for both rooms. Furthermore, we strongly believe that this hotel should not be listed on Booking.com, as it does not meet basic hygiene or safety standards.

Location was convenient. Staff friendly

It was nothing even distantly resembling the photographs on your site. The room was obviously used by smoking people so it was not easy to breath. Very shabby and not well preserved

The only time you can like anything about this hotel Is when you leave; never to return. The rooms are being rented on an hourly basis for professional use.

I can find nothing to like about this hotel. Only that I managed to have the (badly spotted) sheets exchanged by paying €20 to the room keeper.
