Breakfast was great…coffee delicious too. Breakfast room super elegant.

It is a calm place 15 minutes walk from the Central Railway Station. The hotel is renovated, the rooms are simple but furnished with equipment needed by the guests. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. 3 stars without doubts.

The windows were all open when I entered the room at 10pm on a December night, so the room was cold and took a while to warm up.

Location is within a 7-10 minute walk from the main train station. Property is beautiful. Host was incredibly kind and helpful, allowed us to check in 3 hours early since a room was available and after an international flight i was extremely grateful. Room was large, comfortable and very nice tub. Breakfast was wonderful! Large selection of options and one of the best I've had while traveling. I would totally stay here again!

No fault of the hotel, and also why I would recommend this one if you want to stay close to the main station, you have to walk through/close to a really seedy area near the train station to get to the hotel. Totally sketch. The good news is that this hotel is past the sketch and in a very nice quiet and safe neighborhood, but if you are a single woman, plan to be paying attention and you may want to taxi if after dark. I normally have a pretty high threshold, but both myself and my friend walking together felt uncomfortable during the morning and nights. I do think you could go down a few blocks further from the main street and head back through a different street (more of an L) to avoid the druggies/sex streets.

Everything exceeds your expectations.Wonderful efficient and very friendly staff. Location is great in the heart of Frankfurt. Rooms are generous and clean. Unfortunately lots of construction, maintenance and noise during our stay. Breakfast was basic and lack lustre

The breakfasts were terrific and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Location was convenient to access all major sites in Frankfurt yet was in a quiet area. Proximity to train station was very impoortant.

Only complaint is that I booked a Superior double room because of the balcony, but I was given a standard room with no balcony for the same price.

Attractive boutique hotel. I had an attic room which was very comfortable for one person. Maybe a bit tight for two.? It had aircon, coffee/tea maker, mini fridge, plenty of storage space and importantly, a lift. An excellent breakfast was included. Very attractive tree-lined location and easy to walk to railway station and old town. The staff were courteous and helpful except the night I arrived. The person on duty was curt and seemed reluctant to give me any information about the room. Despite this, and despite the comment I've made below about the adjacent area I enjoyed my stay here very much.

Unfortunately there is an area between the hotel and the railway station that is not pleasant to walk through. I found myself circling around it and finding other longer ways to reach the hotel. This was obviously not the hotel's fault and a pity for the owners that this situation has developed.

The daytime and breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms have wonderful high ceilings!

The nighttime staff were not very friendly or helpful.
