Clean, spacious, friendly accommodating staff, near the underground/subway, utmost in sound-proof quality, comfortable beds, incredible water pressure/temperature .... just perfect all around!

Well designed room with all the amenities you need for kitchenette.

Only clean rooms every 3 days, maybe 2 days be better.

The room was very comfortable and the facilities are great. I made regular use of the gym, which is clean and well equipped.

The kitchen could have a few more plateware and silverware available to justify running the dishwasher. Perhaps it would be helpful to provide small kitchen basics to make it more functional, like salt and oil. I also had a necklace stolen from my room. This was very unpleasant as I overall had a great experience at the hotel.

The location by skyline plaza was game changing, the festival hall, messe u bahn station takes you to dom rohmer, hbh, easy to get to stadel, palm garden and natural history museum

Great location,reasonable size of the rooms, perfect bathroom and supportive staff.

Nothing however I will suggest to separate the rooms were pets allowed.It is not correct from hygienic point of view,hotel owners also must respect customer who wish to stay pets free rooms.In this respect Asian countries are much attractive for sure.

Easy location to get out of town for day trips and very close to the metro stop to see the sights in town. Next to a shopping mall with a decent food court. The room has everything needed for an extended stay.

Great Location, close to public transportation. Size of room was perfect for 3 adults, very spacious and clean. Staff was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful.

Good location in the city center, the environment was okay. Something I didn’t like was that the place was cold; the heaters were preset at 20 degrees and you couldn’t adjust them. I complained more than three times about the temperature and they barely increased it. Issues with parking even though we paid for it. Everything else was fine

The location was good. There is another Adina that is closer to the river and would have preferred that area. Overall though catching public transportation and having a huge mall behind this property was very helpful and made the experience enjoyable. The room was very clean and the shower/bath were very nice too. Breakfast was worth the money!

Parking was a challenge and garages weren’t clearly specified on website. Not a big problem though.

Nothing. One of the neighbours was noisy one night though.

We loved the location and the facilities were clean and comfortable. This town is so walkable and there are tons of parks and places to eat.

This seems to be a common theme in Germany but the combined washer dryer took a long time and did not dry the clothes very well, I would not count on it prior to departure. That being said it was free and in unit.

Not really as expected. There should be hotel service but there was non.

Room was dirty and bugs all over the place. The bedsheets are dirty they don’t seem to change them after every check in and out.

We stayed here 7 days. The location was great and bed was very comfortable. It was close to grocery facilities and public transit.

It would have been handy to have English instructions on how to operate the appliances. Also heating/AC controls did not seem to respond to what was inputted. Our friends had the room next door and had the same issue with the AC.

Great location. Easy to get to sbahn and subway. Beautiful inside and coolest bathroom ever with no fog mirrors. Great front desk clerks and easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Bravo Adina. Plus a washing machine. Woooo Hoooo.

Maybe a set of instructions on how to run the oven. We struggled but got it figured out.
