The location is pretty good, you have a tram and train station just by crossing the road and 3 stations away (by train) from the exact center The staff are helpfull.

- Comfortable location, we had a nice walk to the city centre, and in the morning we were able to quickly access the train station to head to the airport. - Good value for money for a couple, room was clean and had everything we needed. - Staff members were super nice, friendly, and helpful, this definitely brightened our mood.

Unfortunately, we had no view in the window, just a wall.

Everything was great!!! Very welcoming and informative employees from the front desk to the breakfast room staff. Breakfast is amazing ! Close to public transportation and there’s a grocery store across the hotel which it made so convenient!!!

The hotel is in a very lovely neighborhood. The rooms were beautiful especially the new rooms. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were professional, efficient, and friendly.

Receptionist

My room was located in the newer section of the hotel and looked fine at first. Unfortunately, it was directly above the kitchen, and the smell of food was so strong and unpleasant that I couldn’t stand being in the room.Even worse, after my stay, I discovered I had been bitten — likely by bedbugs. This happened shortly after my visit to the property, and it’s deeply concerning.Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, both in terms of comfort and hygiene.

Poor and unprofessional service. When I checked out, I asked the hotel staff to order a taxi to the main train station. I also asked how long the ride would take, and they told me 15–25 minutes.However, when the taxi arrived, the driver informed me that access to the area around the station was blocked due to a triathlon event — and he couldn’t take me there. He was genuinely surprised the hotel hadn’t informed me, as the road closures were widely known.As a result, I missed my train and had to reroute via the airport to catch another one.This kind of lack of awareness and communication from the hotel is simply unacceptable.

Very good location. One can very easily reach the main train station with tram 16. The tram stop is couple of minutes away on foot. There is a supermarket just across the street.

Breakfast is good but it could be better. Bread wasn't amazing.

Very comfortable room, with just enough space for a solo traveler. Got everything I needed. I was really surprised at how comfortable the bed was. Everything was clean.

For some reason, some people kept peeking into my room while I was sleeping. I have no idea who these persons were (I thought these were the cleaners), but for my 3-day stay, it happened twice. I made sure to keep the card in the slot and to lock the door, but it seemed to not work.

Terrible.

Unfortunately, I had to leave the hotel after just one night of my stay and book another hotel, as I was placed in a terrible room. The room was very humid, with a strong smell of mold. I have allergy to mold and unfortunately experienced an allergic reaction during the night. The bathroom had broken tiles, and there was no minibar, even though it was listed as an amenity. I had to complain in order for a minibar to be brought to the room later on. I also requested to change rooms, but no one responded to my request on Booking. The room was dark, poorly maintained, and resembled a dungeon – far from what was advertised and completely inappropriate for guests. Front desk staff really rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. When we were leaving the place, I said the motives, and they just said "ok, have a good day" note even offering any room change.

Good Location

They put two single bed it wasn't comfortable all the night I felt I will fall down. In the booking when we booked it was written that the price with all tax and fees but when we checked in they made us to pay 16 Euro for city tax.

Everything was good.

The stairs were a bit slippery and I fumbled a few steps down, but everything else is okay. Also, I did not know room cleaning was included and I thought someone entered my room without permission, but it was alright.

If you are a person who feels very warmth , you will be upset with the hotel, because it has air conditioning but they don't let you use it. You are forced to open the room window and lose your privacy in order to cool the room.

I got a very good deal for one night for one person. Breakfast was very good and in general it was clean.Proximity to the city center and metro .

The staff is the worst. The night shift at the reception was a rude guy who was annoyed by questions because he was on the phone and was interrupted. The morning guy at the reception had no respect at all as he way too flirty and daring and that is completely unacceptable!!! A lot of things need maintenance in the room like loose screws in the bathroom and phone that doesn't work . During my stay a woman was locked inside the elevator. The area is okay because of the proximity to the metro station but it's gloomy and unpleasant at night same like the colours of the hotels , too dark.

The check in was very slow, despite there was no queue, instead of a quick check in I was waiting for 5 minutes while the receptionist was doing his own business and asking to wait until he finished.The breakfast was a disaster, it's so overcrowded that there's no place to sit and there's a number of people waiting for a table and going around looking for a seat without success. It seemed very chaotic, after some time of waiting you find a seat next to someone, there's no space, some children screaming. Very poor organized

This place could have easily been rated higher as the staff was excellent, decent breakfast, and the room okay.

Could not use the air conditioner as it was deactivated as shown in the photo thus had to keep windows open. However the room was above a patio where smokers went thus my non smoking room became a smoking one. Also 2 of the 3 nights very loud individuals were drinking and smoking at 12-2 in the morning.

Rooms comfortable and clean, excellent breakfast, parking in the garage for 10 Euros. Great location, some 2 kilometres from downtown, with shops and pizzerias nearby. We were very satisfied and will definitely stay here next time in Frankfurt.
