Very friendly & accommodating staff! Also a spacious & clean room with a comfortable bed.

Location was a bit far from downtown Frankfurt - but that¿s out of the staff¿s control.

The lady from housekeeping was lovely, very attentive.

Fraudulent publicity, room was advertised as having a twin bed but it was actually a single bed. Paid 1200 for 14 nights to stay in a bed I could barely fit.If it has been described correctly I wouldn't have booked.I tried to talk to reception about the situation but the red haired Balkan lady was very rude, unapologetic and unprofessional.She tried to tell me that a twin and a single bed is the same. Everyone in hospitality knows this is just not the case. Will definitely be taking this fake publicity to higher instances :)

room was lot smaller than i expected but it was okay we were strolling through the city all day and only needed a place for sleep, so overall it was nice experience

The hotel was very well located, close to restaurant and the arena for festival.

We asked for an extra bed, and in the booking app they said they would add an extra bed to the room, but when we arrived there was no extra bed, so the 3 of us had to sleep in 2 beds. We arrived late in the night after a long journey and reception was closed so we couldn't ask for another bed.

Location, 10 mins walk to s bahn and easy connection to airport.

Good location do train station S8/S9 from Frankfurt airport and to Frankfurt banhof. Trams number 12 to city center and back. Overall great accommodation.

Clean place, ok rooms, friendly staff

We booked a double room and got a single in stead. After contacting the staff they were able to give us 2 single rooms. I made the booking half a year ago and would like to sleep together with my spouse and not in separate rooms.

Check in experience was great, adequate room size, slightly smaller bathroom but acceptable

(Cigarette) Smoke in the building, doors open for the ventilation means inhaling the cigarettes.Staff did close the back-door but smoke wouldn’t leave so easily.Parking place was 10€ per night, please be aware of this.There is no air conditioning in the room!

Well located, in a more quiet area, clean room and bathroom, comfortable, quiet and close to the airport and city center. Nice staff too.

Good public transport connections and restaurants nearby. Clean and functional. Great staff. The nearby restaurant "Da Cimino" was absolutely excellent and great value.

Small room. Not a lot of space for working if you need that.
