The elevator didn't function well.

The room was spacious and very clean. Without really thinking about it, I booked a room called "Little Gym." To my delight, there was actually a yoga mat and a towel, and a gymnastic ladder! I hesitated at first to add breakfast, as it seemed pricey, but I am very glad I did. There were plenty of great choices, even vegetarian ones.

It would be really nice to have a water kettle in the room.

The hotel’s location is very nice, the heating works well, and the sound insulation is good. the The bathroom/toilet area generally was clean.The older, tall gentleman who handled the initial reservation was friendly

The room was small and the cleanliness was around 7 out of 10. The shower head in the bathroom was dirty, the shower holder did not stay stable at the top, and the handheld shower face was also dirty. When the water pressure was low, the water flowed more like a tap than a proper shower. The young, short woman at the front desk did not respond to my greetings several times when I was entering or leaving the hotel on different occasions, or she seemed unwilling to respond.

Beautiful rooms, close to everything central, with incredibly friendly reception personnel (the gentleman in the evening: thank you for extending the checkout by an hour - we felt like winners), and excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

The property is great, the room is spacious, modern and very clean. The staff is great, their breakfast is really good and great variety, worth paying for. The bed/mattress is nice and firm and the location of the hotel is good and safe.

Good location, helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms

Rooms do get very hot, but that is to be expected without air conditioning in summer. There was a mini fridge so you could keep some things cool.

Really needs a kettle or coffee making facilities in the room and the hotel would be perfect.Absolutely no need for a tea light and matches in the room !

Great stay, comfy bed and pillows. Walk in shower, a standard and a drencher. Clean room. Good breakfast selection. Friendly staff. Didn't have a kettle in room, asked at reception who gladly provided one. Decor is fun and quirky. Good location to Hauptwache for shops and S-bhan, 10 min walk, plus walking distance to the picturesque old town and river approx. 15-20 min walk.

Room was very clean (towels could be more fluffy). Breakfast was great, fruits salad, varieties of cheeses and eggs.

Our room window faced a business building, which was not very pleasant; however, this is something that cannot be changed.

The room itself was pretty nice. It was big enough to stay as one person, and it was also clean enough.

There was no other facility in the hotel, while it is 4 stars hotel. Although it was clean enough, it is bit hard to say it is 4 stars hotel.

The elevator was not working and I had to climb up the stairs with my suitcase. They gave me an upgrade to a better room.

The hotel was in walking distance to the Christmas markets, subway and shopping but located in a quiet area. The room was large, clean and well kept. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large as well. Staff very helpful. Great bakery around the corner .

The lighting in the room could have been better. Elevator very small.

Loved that my room came with a yoga mat! Lots of other small touches too. Easy walk to the Christmas markets.

Spacious room, good value for money, and nice breakfast. Convenient location within walking distance to the Christmas Market. Room was fully prepared for three guests with the extra bed and towels ready at check-in.

The room could benefit from brighter lighting, as it felt a little dark. During winter, there was no air-conditioning, and the room felt slightly stuffy at times. Opening the windows helped, but cigarette smoke from outside was occasionally noticeable.

The hotel has nice art pieces and is unique. The room is big and comfortable and the bathroom is a good size.

The room is dimmed, no coffee machine or kettle in the room.
