Location, close to public transportation.

Hotel had no AC. The room was extremely hot even with two fans on. Wish I would have been contacted by the hotel prior to arrival.

Charging euro 23 per night for parking for in-house guests is very expensive, specially after paying for the stay.

Very good, silent location, however in 10/15 minutes you can reach the Center by tram or train. Service is perfect. Specially, would like Sue and Midi.

We chose this hotel because it was not so far from the Airport. Well... because the check out took app. 45 minutes, we almost missed the flight. There was a big line of people in front of us, but this was no issue. For some unknown reason, they gave priority to all other guests, so even people that came AFTER US were checked out before us. The stuff had the information, that we are in a hurry because of the flight, but still, they spent 10 minutes printing unimportant document for a guest that was not even waiting in the line... We understand that sometimes the things can get complicated etc., but there was not even an apology. We were not expecting this treatment from a Hilton hotel.

A nightmare!

We are here right now arrived at 4.00 pm now is 7.15 pm) still waiting for check in together with other 50 people because NONE of the 83 rooms have been cleaned since this morning. The manager has gone home and doesn’t answer the phone. No assistance just laugh when asking if they know at what time check in will be possible. They arr explaining that it dependa on a shortage of the cleaning team… unbelieveble!!!!!!!!

The breakfast is mediocre. Most of the food that’s supposed to be hot is barely warm and the eggs were cold

This was my third stay at the hotel, and I have to highlight the front desk team this time; they went above and beyond my expectations with their attentiveness and friendliness, especially Mr. Shashank

The stay was overall good, but it was quite noisy due to ongoing street construction. The air conditioning was very weak, so I had to open the window

Not far from the airport and not far from the stadium (we came for a concert). A soft, comfortable bed.

I was with my friend. It’s not clear from the photos that the shower is right in the middle of the room and semi-transparent.When we checked in, there were only two towels, and nowhere to hang them. There were no dishes to drink from (no glasses or cups). We were disappointed with the room but too tired after the flight to deal with it.The next morning, we were woken up early by noise – someone was doing something right outside our door. When I went to check, it was two staff members who said there was a leak and that the room below us was flooded. Everything was fine in our room, so they left to look for the issue. There was no apology.Around 3 PM, we returned to the room to change, and the receptionist called us right away, saying they were moving us to a new room because of the flooding issue. A staff member helped us move our things — again, no apology.Also, I was charged the city tax twice, and they never replied to my email about refunding the extra payment!

Shower dont have any doors, mirrors was dirty, its hot inside - you cant control a/c or open window. Minibar in room dont work - its warm and have nothing inside

Room was warm, clean and comfortable, though a bit small. Everything was functioning. All toiletries in place.Location of the hotel is a bit secluded with no market nearby.

TV was primitive age, it only showed German channels, didn't support USB, HDMI or a device casting so you have to compulsorily watch German channels, even if you don't understand.There was no light in the room, it was lit by bathroom lights' reflection

AC was not working and it was 82 degree Fahrenheit in the room at night time. The fridge stopped working in the middle of the night leading to lukewarm drinks and leftovers

Fitness Studio out of order, was replaced by an interim solution in a meeting room.

Location from my workplace, cleanliness

AC wasn't working and Centralized temperature was too high.Less Veg options in Breakfast.

Comfortable beds and good business hotel. Breakfast was sufficient.

Location was a bit far out from city centre however Ubers were available outside the hotel.
