- Is the worst place i have been, the room was dirty, full of cigarrette smell and pipes leaking and sounding all over the walls and i asked to cancel the stay and a refund which they didnt proceed and i had to go book another place
- Is it not safe
- Nothing. It was a terrible experience.
Cons -
- The place, the room, the service and the neighbour and also is too expensive for what is
- The location very bad won't recommend for family at all especially women a man harrsed me in a elevator someone who was staying in the hotelThe washroom dint have exhaust fan system smell really bad
- The rooms are not sound proof, the area was really bad. Drunk people outside being loud and rowdy. The room didn’t have towels when I arrived. The bed and sheets weren’t clean. The tv did not work. The floors and bathroom were filthy, I had to listen to the people in the room beside me physically fight and throw things around, so loud it was like they were in my room. Having to hear a woman cry and get beat on is not a fun way to end vacation. I left the establishment early.

It was a 6 min walk from the main train station. They had a small elevator for luggage, we only got stuck once and had to get the staff to help us out. The rooms were ready at the check in time. The staff attempted to assist when we told them that our room wasnt cleaned by room service by putting a note into the computer, unfortunately one room only got cleaned 1 of the 5 nights and our other room only got cleaned 2 of the 5 nights. The staff had to assist us with getting clean towels.
Unfortunately the street the hotel is located on is littered with drug users smoking crack pipes and had a smell of urine even though shop owners sprayed their sidewalks every day. Unfortunately one room only got cleaned 1 of the 5 nights and our other room only got cleaned 2 of the 5 nights even though we brought it up every day we found it wasnt clean. Im pretty sure the only reason our room was cleaned on the one day is because we ran into the cleaning person one day to drop some things off at our room. The elevator got stuck once while in use. On our last night there were loud moaning from persons on the floor below us.
The staff were polite and seemed to be doing their best.
The first room I had, without a choice, was rather small and the springs were poking through the mattress but by the second night they had found me an even smaller room but with a much better bed. The street outside is very noisy pretty much all day and night and probably as bad regarding smell and depressing sights as any city where drug addicts and the homeless congregate.
Smelled of cigarettes and unclean
Room smelled of cigarette smoke, hotel was dirty, lift was nasty. Looking under the bed sheets there were tobacco leaves and it was in a very nasty part of town.
absolutely nothing- I have never seen worse place in my life
absolutely everything - smoky room, smelly bathroom, leaking toilet, break open door.Be careful - this is the worst street in Frankfurt. Do not book this hotel !!!!!!!!!!!!

at least we were near the main train station for the travel to another part of Germany.
no soap or toilet paper. the toilet was not clean.
I liked nothing about the hotel. The guy on reception was OK.
It was more of a hostel for back packers, and even then........Tiny room. A bedside table, and an old wooden chair in the corner from the 1970's.A landscape picture falling apart on the wall, was stuck together with sellotape - just put the picture in the bin!
It is centrally located. The staff were very nice. The place was relatively clean.
It looked different from how it was described on the website. The lighting was poor with only one central big light. The TV never operated well. In fact, it never worked. The bed was totally uncomfortable.

Standard hotel room with friendly and helpful staff, decent free WiFi. What you pay for is what you get, so I would recommend not having high expectations. I would stay there again just because of how cheap it is.
No towel provided, and location is good for travel across Frankfurt but dodgy area that can be loud at night and in the morning.
It is one of the cheapest options in the vicinity of the central train station to have a sleep for a layover flight or train. The station is only a couple of minutes on foot from where the airport is reachable in 30 mins. The room including the bathroom was clean and well stocked with toilet paper, soap and shampoo. Heating was working and hot water was on. Pros end here.
The hotel is located in the red light district of Frankfurt on a street that is best described as a skid row. It reeks of human waste and full of terribly run down junkies hanging out at the place all day and night. Some of them are begging quite aggressively. The hotel is one of many located on this street, all of them are pretty shady. They are most likely to be used primarily for prostitution and/or as depots for drug dealers hanging out right in front of them. My room was surprisingly well cleaned but it smelled like cigarettes - buds all over the window sill - and lubricant. You could smell in the corridor that people smoke weed inside the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone than male travelers - the place just feels unsafe for women - on extremely tight budget having to spend one night for a layover but don't want to go to a shared room in a hostel. I have quite some experience with and tolerance for rough places but this was too much even for me. When I popped out to grab a takeover for dinner I was just worried the whole time that someone robs my room while I am out. Next time I have to sleep somewhere in Frankfurt before my flight I will rather spend some more money and certainly avoid this cursed area.
price ok, clean , city center , WiFi free
no fan in room for summer , too loud outside, not friendly behavior staff
Unsafe, dirty, not recommended.
The area the hotel was in is very bad, dirty and unsafe. We did not stay in the hotel and requested a refund but was told this is not possible. Very unprofessional.
