Hotel Topas an der Messe - Frankfurt City

It is near central station and not far from the old town and nice museums. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Bathroom was clean. It is ok to spend a night before an early train.

There was little space to move around the bed, which was much too soft. And be careful when walking around the station in the evening.

Good beds, bathroom, etc.

The neighbourhood doesn't feel safe. Gang of dudes followed me for 150m trying to sell me drugs down the block.

That it was clean and super near to the city.

The breakfast was a bit basic but for the price fair enough.

Great Location for The Fair at Messe only 10 minute walk

Nothing - Didn't even stay it was that bad.

Drug dealers outside the hotel - receptionists words "don't worry about the drug dealers"...............I was showed to my room it was disgusting, no curtains, claw marks on the walls, the door wouldn't lock.I said I can't stay here, which the receptionist replied saying " I don't blame you".Disgusting place, unsafe - do not recommend.

Being American, no warm foods for breakfast. Shower door panel was falling off. No iron in room. No air conditioning, room very warm. Cost was extremely high even though my company paid for it.

It's not worth the price I had to pay.

Bad smell in the hallways. The breakfast had too little variety of food. The WiFi hardly works.

Breakfast was most basic but nice and clean. Not many options, but then again it was included.

The hotel location is very close to the train station. There are a lot of restaurants nearby for food options. The staff were great in communication. The room was facing the Innen hof and it was very quiet at night for a peaceful sleep. Great place for a short night stay even if you have an early flight.

The pillow in the room was bad. They need to be changed.

Room, Location and Price.

Rooms were super but Corridor was little dirty & smelly, no cctv in corridor.

I was there for conference in Messe, so it was very convenient. Staff was very friendly, room was cleaned every day

Client friendly, the staff was always ready to help us out in any way they could. Breakfast was great, service during breakfast was great as well. budget friendly, especially great for short city trips in Frankfurt, close to Hauptbahnhof which made travel easy to nearby cities as well as the airport. Hotel well located, seemed clean.. Staff were friendly, rooms were spacious. Very convenient to stay here if you have to catch the train early or want to be near the train station and shopping malls. The street infront of this particular hotel isnt bad, like other streets around this area, which do have some shady ppl around. So I suggest this hotel over the others in the other streets.

My only 2 complains, my pillow was bad and the bathroom has a slight bad smell which could easily be solved with an aromatizer.

The location was great, and I could reach many areas of the city on foot. Moreover, the staff were very helpful and genuinely assisted me with everything I needed. It would have been much better to have a kettle in the room, but the staff immediately helped by providing hot water upon my request. I would like to thank the staff once again for helping me with everything I needed.

The location was good, but the area around the Frankfurt train station, including the hotel’s surroundings, can sometimes feel a bit unsafe. However, I didn’t personally encounter any issues.

Great location

It was too cold in the room. Heater on the room wasn’t heating the room properly

Good and solid budget room very close to the central station. I was a bit worried, because Frankfurt main station area is not the best and i arrived at night, but it was no problem because its a busy area and therefore i felt safe. Room was clean and comfy.
