Staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful. Perfect location for my needs. Clean. Overall pleasant experience.

I arrived after midnight and I was able to do a check-in online so it was very fast. The room was clean and tidy and in closed walking distance from the train station. The train station area is naturally rather sketchy at night. That is no fault of the hotel. The breakfast and the breakfast staff were very friendly as well

It's a shame you don't get a bottle of water or something in the hotel and all you have is technically the tap waterI had asked for a room with one double bed and received a room with two joint single bedsI wasn't able to turn on the heating in my room so it was rather cold at night

The location is perfect

Room is very small but beds are comfortable and toilet was really small

The location is Superb. Just 2 minutes walk from the Main Train Station. The Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast should have cut fresh fruits also.

Excellent location, only 4-5 Mon walk from the main train station & 7-8 min walk to the river. The to itself was very good and clean the the staff was friendly

I have very little to say but if I must, the only thing was that I got 2 single size blankets instead of one double although I have ordered a double room.

The area is a mess. Gross. The bathroom was nasty and the toilet was jammed in so tight with the sink it was almost impossible to use the facilities.

The location is good very near to the main train station and choice of restaurants within walking distance.

Lift door on ground level did close properly making it difficult to call the lift on the higher floors and had to use the stair to come down with heavy bags. Despite repeated complaints no action was taken. Only false assurances.

Central location very close to the train station with easy connection to the airport. But the surrounding area deteriorates from year to year; and the underground access to the train station has now been a construction site for many years, seems to serve as giant toilet and is probably dangerous. The hotel itself is pleasant, though certainly not luxurious. Staff is very helpful and pleasant

A good location across from the main railway station and a short walk to major shops. A pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a very busy and somewhat noisy part of the city. Of course, this is not the fault of the hotel but for those wanting peace and quiet and to feel safe, this is not the best location. It is easy to find unsavoury characters in this area, so a stay here is not for everyone. However, both the hotel staff and the room were pleasant.

Unfortunately my room was smelling a lot, most probably due to the pipe sewers. The location did not seem very safe.

We enjoyed so much our accommodation in Leonardo hotel!Staff were very very helpful and kind!!!(especially Roma who helped us so much)!!!!!Breakfast was good with many options!Room was very spacious and the thermal lamp on the ceiling of the bathroom was BRILLIANT!!!!!!!ILocation was also excellent!We would stay again for sure!!!!!!
